very critical: not a total buyers remorseon the upside of being able to control volume without tabbing out of your full screen application, downside being, each time you boot up may require some set up.the set/preset apps and channels does not always work at boot. requires synapse to auto run on start up, unplug/replugin of mixer, toggling/swapping channels assigned on slider and re-checking of sound device preference for every single possible application installed.product may benefit from a better preset setting that has improved detection/allocation of application to available channels.audio wise….from my setup,

Great audio mixer if goXlr mini is sold outThis audio mixer does a great job of powering my Shure Sm7b and sounds great. The software works well and is a great option.

Limited Use, But Fun Volume ControlI have previously used a Focusrite for XLR mic inputs and monitor speaker outputs. This is a more limited device in the sense that it does not include standard left/right monitor outputs and is more geared toward headphone use while streaming. In terms of digitizing XLR mic inputs, the functionality is the same, with functional phantom power and a clean signal. It is a very light box, so the XLR cable needs to be managed well to avoid it pulling the box out of position. The main benefit of this device is having sliders for quick and intuitive volume or mic gain changes. The sliders feel good to use and the lighting, once set up, is generally helpful. One very obvious thing that is missing is a visual indicator of mic spiking/clipping. That really should be on any device like this. Since the lighting is configurable, this feature could be added with a software update. Otherwise, the software is okay, albeit feeling early. The voice changer and bleep button could definitely use more customization to be useful. There is also no button to switch to them quickly. A noise gate function is included, which is useful and appreciated. If you want a basic DSLR input along with some volume sliders for different programs, this should do the job. I like the customizable LED lighting as well. It does not do enough, in my opinion, to justify the MSRP.

Great Mixer but Pricey.I use this razer audio mixer to broadcast my podcast live on the go. The quality of the sound is incredible and the design is sleek. The mixer is easy to use and the software is simple to use as well. I love that I can stream my podcast live and receive feedback from my listeners. The mixer is a sleek and but not very affordable, but i recommend it for streamers or podcasters specially on the go, It has a 4-Channel design and a built-in preamp which allows me to plug in and play. I also love that it has Chroma RGB lighting that makes it easy to see on a dark stage. This mixer is perfect for musicians who want to improve their sound quality and stream their music. The only down side is that i get some popping here and there but not consistent, but nothing can’t be fixed with a software update.

Mostly does what it says on the tin, but some popping issues.I love the functionality of this thing, but I find that it works fantastic for around 1-2 hours +, then I will start to get popping issues :(.Unplugging and replugging it from USB fixes it for another 1-2+ hours. But that is super annoying! Using this thing regularly on 2 different PCs and it is the same thing between the two PCs.I was using a USB hub, and noticed the manual says that the quality may be reduced using one, so I have fully removed that from the setup and plugged in directly to my USB 3.1+ slot on my very recent motherboard and still getting the issue :(Hoping for a firmware update to fix it. A very annoying flaw in an otherwise very cool product.

Absolute must have!Weather you are a content creator or just an every day gamer, having this control at you fingertips really is a game changer. I can control my discord chat, system volume, game volume, and music application volume all on one easy to understand control module. With the sensor button I feel it is more of a shtick than real life, I do wish you could customize its purpose as well, but either way the quality of this device is obvious. From the weight of the console to the movement of the switches, it is a really nice product!

Expensive and the faders felt a bit cheapI think that this item is priced way to high for what it does. One of my faders did not have resistance when using it. Most likely my unit was defective but i also did not find the software to be that intuitive so i returned it.

Firmware update breaks muteThe December 8th firmware updated causes the mute for the microphone to no longer work and other programs cannot mute that device either because the mixer controls it. Other than the inability to mute my microphone anymore the device is fantastic.
