Suppliers are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law and must not use it for direct marketing or contact outside the platform.

We retain quote request records for up to 3 years for dispute resolution purposes. Transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with Singapore tax and accounting law.

3.3 Payment Data

All payments on the Event Technology Portal are processed via PayPal. We do not collect, store, or process your payment card details or bank account information on our servers.
