We retain quote request records for up to 3 years for dispute resolution purposes. Transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with Singapore tax and accounting law.

All payments on the Event Technology Portal are processed via PayPal. We do not collect, store, or process your payment card details or bank account information on our servers.
