Martin Solutions
Martin Solutions provides Automated lights, static lights, effect lights, architainment, LED, atmospheric effects, and accessories.
Martin focused in fog effect machines early on, and they only made a few lighting fixtures. The company began developing the Mach series of live sound equipment in 1993, but they were shortly phased out. With the introduction of the MAC 500 and 600 in 1997, the firm realised its full potential as a leading manufacturer in the expanding industry of DMX intelligent stage lighting systems.
The MAC 2000 moving head fixture is Martin’s most well-known product to date. Large theatres, concert producers, and big television networks and production businesses are the primary users.
Martin also produces flat mirror and rotating drum-style scanners, strobes, colour changers, semi-intelligent effects, LED lights, Intelligent lighting controllers, media servers, and a series of smoke machines in addition to moving heads.
Martin’s current product portfolio includes the Martin MAC Viper, the LED MAC Quantum series and MAC Aura, as well as the RUSH DJ range, which is the successor of the Martin Mania.
The Era series, which includes the era 400 performance, the era 500 hybrid up, the era 600 performance, the era 300 profile, and the era 800 performance, is another of Martin’s current product lines.
The MAC Allure Profile LED moving head was released in October 2018.
Martin has been seen at a number of major international events, including the 2001 Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen, the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, and the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where Martin was the main provider of automated lighting for the opening ceremony, with over 1100 luminaries. Martin is also one of the most important technological firms in the Aarhus area, having a strategic connection with the Aarhus University School of Engineering.
