So easy to use and works great. Worth the buy!I needed to have an ethernet connection to my laptop for work. I have a Victus but no ethernet port. I didn’t think about that when I was searching for a laptop. This is so easy! Plug it into one of the USB and then plug the ethernet into the connector. So easy peasy and I get great speed too. I definitely will be getting another one.

Ethernet helped with streamingMy laptop can’t really run games I use streaming services like geforce now that require Ethernet to run smoothly without delays also the fact I don’t have a Ethernet port this really helped a lot 10/10

I bought this last year for my Win 10 laptop, and tried it out on my Win11 Pro laptop. It works!!I’ve had good luck with this product, as I’ve already stated, I bought this product last year for my Win10 Pro Lenovo laptop, in which the Operating System found and installed a driver called ASIX – Net – 2.20.8.0, since I don’t have a CD/Blu-ray drive at this time. It worked pretty well last year, so I decided to take a crack at it this year with my new Win10 Pro Lenovo laptop.Once again, the ASIX – Net – 2.20.8.0 driver was found by Windows 11, and installed on my laptop without a hitch. I haven’t had time to try out any downloads or anything, but from my previous experience with Windows 10, it should be a piece of cake.If I have any issues, I’ll update this review.

Use for a Wired Laptop; Not for a WiFi HookupIt does the job of connecting my laptop computer to the power cord. This is technology beyond my knowledge, I just followed directions. Works great. You see, instead of using a WiFi modem, etc., I went with cable and a wired connection. Does that make sense to you? Good. Don’t ask me any questions because I haven’t a clue. But it works.

Perfect!I wish I had found this a week earlier. I was having issues with my wireless connection and when I tried the Ethernet connection, it wouldn’t work either (I have an old laptop). After replacing the wireless router twice and still having the same problem I had to admit the problem is probably my wireless adapter on the laptop and started looking at new laptops. So many of the new ones do not have an Ethernet port. While searching for ‘laptops with an Ethernet port’ I came across these adapters. A CD does come with the adapter, but in my case it was not needed. It is truly ‘plug and play.’ I now have a strong internet connection that doesn’t drop every few minutes. Would truly recommend to anyone wanting an Ethernet connection and has a computer without an Ethernet port or like in my case a defective one.

Works as advertisedI was a bit skeptical that this ethernet to USB adapter wouldn’t give me the same speeds that I got with just having an ethernet cord to my desktop computer. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my speeds have not changed and are still at approximately 330 Mbps while I only pay for 300! The adapter was immediately recognized by my computer, and no installation disc was necessary to get things up and running even though one is included. I highly recommend this for anyone who is looking to add a hard line Internet connection to their computer or, like me, has a failing ethernet port on their desktop motherboard, requiring a USB to ethernet adapter.
