How AI Can Benefit the Events Sector Without Replacing Human Jobs—Author: ChatGPT
The ChatGPT chatbot, or Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer, was introduced in November 2022 by the OpenAI artificial intelligence research facility. Since that original introduction, there have been significant advancements, with ChatGPT-4 (debuting in March) being able to handle more complex prompts. Even earlier this month, OpenAI released the official ChatGPT iPhone app.
This gave us the idea to ask the AI tool to produce an article about events that focused on how it could advance the sector without undermining the value of human event professionals. Unsurprisingly, it presented itself in a favorable light, but it also offered some perceptive commentary. Here is what it had to say.
In the event sector, artificial intelligence (AI) and language models like ChatGPT are becoming more common, giving planners effective tools to improve the visitor experience.
