New Audiovisual Tech Boosts Meetings

Event professionals need to be mindful of a client’s budget, so they’re often tasked with making every dollar go a long way. When cutting corners, audiovisual is one of the least likely elements to go, because events place such a major value on AV.

In fact, according to American Express Meetings & Events surveys conducted in August 2016, there is only a 3 percent chance that the AV allotment of a meeting budget would be the first thing on the chopping block in North America. This is not consistent worldwide, however. In Europe, it dips down to an average of 2 percent.
