Works well! Handles 27 devices without issue.The Wi-Fi on my XB7 from Comcast kept having issues with pausing for a few seconds. I saw this Wyze Mesh router was recently released and wanted to see if this could fix my Wi-FI issue. I was a little skeptical to get this router because Wyze has been having a lot of issues with the app being unresponsive and service outages due to AWS. But I took the chance and got it anyways. This device has two ethernet ports. One that connects to your modem and one that can be used to connect another device with an ethernet port. My XB7 modem had more ethernet ports, so what I did was set up the Wyze router and then turned on Bridge Mode in Advanced Settings which essentially turned the router into a Wireless Access Point and then I turned off the Wi-Fi on the XB7. I no longer have issues with my Wi-Fi freezing and everything loads super quickly.

No More Buffering While StreamingI have about 15 devices connected at one time and I can stream with all devices with no issues. My ISP is FIOS my speeds are 200Mbs download and 200Mbs upload speeds. Set up was very easy via the app. Best router so far. I only needed to purchase one router for a 3 story home. Loveeeeeee this product.

PainfulThese were easy to install, but never stayed connected to anything for any period of time. They were bought to connect to our cameras and other house hold items, but just couldn’t connect to more than one thing.

Solid SolutionWe got the 2-pack and had never tried a mesh router before. Our modem and router are an all in one, so I wasn’t sure if it would be hard to use the Wyze router – turned out to be simple!I just pressed a button to turn off the wifi on our device and followed the easy prompts in the Wyze app which involved plugging the mesh router into our modem and then assuming the same network names and passwords. In this way, no devices had to be updated.Our connection is stable and clear from all parts of the house. When it’s not subzero, I look forward to using the internet in our backyard!

So far im impressedIt definitely increased the signal in dead spots of my basement that I couldn’t get a single bar , I love that I was able to add it on to my original router and make a whole new different Wi-Fi signal Name with password, has both 2.4Gh and 5gh signals , love it so far
