Good Product but Unique File System
Based on my experience I just want to share that it has a unique file system on memory card. First, it comes with its on memory card (4G). It should be large enough to hold fairly good amount of audios. However, if you want to use your own SD card, the system will first show “mount error” upon power on. If you use the system built-in format feature to format your new SD card, there will be no error. You have to follow the special instructions to get your audio out to other devices, not a simple copy and paste because its file format will NOT be recognized by most other devices. Another thing is that, regardless your SD card capacity (in my case it was 64G), the system will format into a 5G card. If you want to resume your card to other uses, you have to re-partition then re-format card to its original capacity. Otherwise, re-format only gives your 5G, not full capacity of the card.

Logistics , always late never on time
These are not for a cheap demo , you can get CD sounding recording you just need to know how , what better way to learn , alot of my band has passed away how I wish we had this , since 1984 I was playing and learning , I always looked for the new thing techno industrial , if you like to work alone it’s perfect.

Sounds great and easy to use. Excellent for songwriters and AS a musical idea journal.
The manual is excellent and the quick start menu had me recording tracks minutes after I took it out of he box. The machine sounds great and is a versatile piece of gear for any musical endeavor. Lots of flexibility and worth every penny of a very reasonable price.

Added bundle is a waste of money
Tascam recorder is great. Bundle accessories are of very poor quality. The 1/4 cables even sound terrible. Nothing is usable besides the recorder
