Pretty good
We have a swim spa, kind of like an Endless Pool, and we have wrought iron shepherd’s hooks at each corner, which are doubles. We have plants hanging on one side and wanted to hang speakers on the other side to give us wireless music when we were in the pool.I did a lot of research and finally decided on these, which are pretty good. Here are the pros and cons:Pros:- Sound quality is good (not great, but good).- You can connect multiple speakers together. We have four, and their documentation says up to 100 can be linked, providing a lot of options for future expansion.- The colored lights are synced and can be controlled using a few options.- The lights, speaker, and power-off functions for all paired speakers can be controlled from speaker #1.- So far the batteries have easily lasted for all of our activities and have not once run out. We recharge them after every use and store them outdoors, but on our covered patio out of the wind/rain/weather.Cons:- They are unnecessarily complex. For example, we have four speakers and I had to manually label the speaker that is #1 because it *always* has to be turned on first. Then the remaining 3 speakers can be turned on. Doing it this way means all four will sync (usually) as a single speaker that can be cast to. *However* if you turn on speaker #1 and start casting music, then turn on speaker 2, 3, or 4, they will NOT sync. You have to turn them all off and start over again.- The speaker and light controls on the speakers that are not #1 only control that individual speaker, so you always have to control things from one single speaker.- The LED lights for pairing and bluetooth are virtually impossible to see outside in the daylight.- There appear to be speakers on the front and the back of the unit, and the product description says “360 degree sound”, however we only get music from the front speakers where the controls are. The rear may be what is described in the verbiage as “passive radiators”, but with our ears right up to them they don’t appear to produce or allow any type of sound.- We have mislaid our instructions and they apparently do not have any place to re-download them. This might help us with the speaker issue directly above, but we won’t know until we can find or download instructions.- They are a bit expensive, and for this money I would have expected things like some nicer functionality like better controls, better indicators, maybe even a microphone for Google Home type commands, however none of those features were advertised so we knew we wouldn’t get them, but after using them for a few months they just don’t seem high-end enough to justify the price.- The images appear to show that each mood LED panel can display multiple colors at the same time, but this is not the case, each panel only shows one solid color at a time. It can vary the colors and all paired speakers are synced, but you cannot have a lot of colors simultaneously.The bottom line is that we’re satisfied with our purchase of these, but not blown away. They produce sound that is good enough and loud enough for outdoor activities, and so far the batteries are outlasting our events, so we’re happy with them. We would buy these again and will almost certainly by more of them, and we recommend them to others as long as they understand the pros and cons.

Very good speakers with an intermittent potential issue and solution
I don’t usually write reviews however you may have an issue later on that you might be tempted to throw the speakers against the wall. I found another reviewer had the same problem but didn’t post the fix.I gave the speakers 4-stars even though I encountered an issue after 3 weeks of flawless performance which caused me to lose the ability to pair the main speaker with the others and could only operate a single speaker within 2ft of the source. It is an interesting solution to a multiple wireless speaker configuration and I was able to correct the issue after a week of trying different things. I am not sure if it will happen again.I have 4- speakers set up in various places within my store connected by an older Samsung tablet. The distance between speakers is no greater than 30ft and my source is 20ft which is within the specs.I really had no issues pairing the speakers however if you power them off to charge in my experience will have to bring them together to pair. I was able to get the units going very quickly and amazed at how well they performed. It was amazing that there was no interference with all the refrigeration equipment throughout the store. The speakers sounded very good however as others stated 360 degree sound is overstated.It seems like some folks had an issue pairing to the other speakers. At first I did as well until I gained a little experience establishing the connections. The first speaker you turn on which is the main acts as a receiver (takes audio from source)/transmitter (sends audio to the other speakers.) You will see a TX light on the main speaker and a RX on the other speakers. The other speakers only operate in the receiver mode once the main is established.The next time you turn them on you need to turn the main on first. I always put the main speaker in the same location. If you don’t it can be reset by pressing +/- to reset and choose a new main. I behave having a main makes setting up your configuration faster.So after 3 weeks of this working flawlessly, the speakers stopped connecting with the tablet suddenly. What was odd they worked all day long and at 6pm suddenly stopped. The speakers and tablet had plenty of power and nothing was moved etc in the store that might intefere with them.I couldn’t get the system to work together and was only able to use the speaker within 2ft of the tablet. If I walked further than 2ft the audio would go in and out. If I kept going eventually it disconnected. Eventually I solved the issue by unpairing the Bluetooth connection and set up another connection. I am not sure how the pairing connection became corrupted after using it non-stop for three weeks. I hope this helps someone else because I tried everything and lost a lot of time trying to figure this out. Good Luck.

Awesome for outdoor or indoor parties
I own 4 and use them as either an individual or pair or all 4. The should is great and the range allows for music both inside and outside of the house when throwing a party. highly recommend.

10 m pairing distance is a huge overexaggeration
I decided to give the refurbished speakers a try and was very disappointed.The sound quality itself was not bad, they are fairly enclosed so look like the weather proofing would work well, and they were easily synced to each other.However I tried pairing these with a couple of different devices a phone and a laptop and once I got 3 feet away from a speaker or less it started cutting out, which is a far cry from the 10 meters they advertise.This means they couldn’t be used for my intended purpose of having them spread around an area.I returned them shortly after receiving them due to the above reason.

Bluetooth range & connection range between speakers is OVER-EXAGGERATED & NOT AS ADVERTISED!!
Bluetooth range maxes out at about 10-12 feet before sound starts breaking up. Connection range between the speakers is 4 feet or less. Separating the speakers by more than 4 feet and the secondary (satellite) speaker will cut out and then disconnect from the main speaker. Both speakers have been fully charged before testing.Per the description on Amazon: 6.Warming Tips – Ideal Control Distance Speaker and Mobile Phone: 32.8Ft-65.6Ft (10-20m) Speakers and Speakers: Within 98.4Ft (30 m)These distances are grossly over-exaggerated.While the sound is not bad and fairly loud, the speakers needing to be fairly close together to work properly is a deal breaker for me. These will be probably be returned to amazon.

Nice speaker lanterns
I bought these to use mostly for white noise sounds to camouflage highway noise. I have several of them linked together and they span much of the length of my backyard so that they can play a looped babbling brook “song”, and then i have a couple on my patio that play music. I originally wanted these because i wanted something that could be moved in the yard depending on where the highway noise is coming from on any given day. They have great sound quality. They are fairly easy to connect all together. Battery life between charges is good if you don’t use the lights too much. They are heavy so if you are going to use shepherd hooks to hang them, make sure the hooks are strong. You can turn them all off at the same time by turning the master lantern off, and I wish they worked the same way to turn them on but they don’t – each lantern has to be turned on independently. They are a bit pricey, but worth it for me because they give me the flexibility I need. Plus, you can take them with you whenever you need a wireless speaker (park, camping, etc).

Exceeded Expectations
100% top notch! We ordered a pair of these, then ordered another pair and then we had three sets of friends like them so much that they all ordered pairs. We routinely pair 10 to 12 of these at our country place to watch movies listen to music and just have a good time. We synchronize them to our phones and pass the Bluetooth sync around to let people choose their own music and we also synchronize them to our Apple TV box to project movies and other videos on an outside screen.That our place we use them around the hot tub and pool and it allows us to keep music at a manageable level stretching from the inside kitchen back out to the outside kitchen and around the hot tub. It allows you to keep music at a low level but also hear the music or movie while allowing easy conversation.We can’t say enough about these and just really think they exceeded the expectations. The synchronizing of more than two speakers can be a process, but once you figure it out it’s a very easy thing.They double as pathway lighting as well and the alternating synchronized lighting “bounce” is also pretty cool.Get them. They are awesome.

Look and sound amazing!
These are great speakers! I wanted something that looked and sounded good for a small outdoor area in the yard. These exceeded expectation. The lighting is bright and adds to the atmosphere and when synced blinks with the beat of most songs. Even when not playing music the lantern brightens up the area. Easy to set up and connect. They have yet to run out of juice when playing outside, but i will put it to the test one day to get the exact charge length.The only negative is that it is once you have synced them it is difficult to re-sync them. So i just numbered them on the bottom so they can be turned on and connected easily to use the beat lighting.
