    Mom loved it
I got this for my Mom and now I can hear her clearly. I haven’t heard about any issues, so I’ll assume “no news is good news!” lol Happy I bought it 🙂

    Awesome speaker/microphone.
Since my phone upgrade my mic doesn’t work as well. This has helped a lot!! Great speaker for listening and I can be heard when speaking.

  3. Amazon Customer

    good quality
This bluetooth conference speaker is easy to operate and the sound quality is good.

    Really bad mic and speaker
Just doesn’t work for a conference room in any way shape or form.

    works great
I was debating between getting this one or fancy, more expensive one. I’m glad I picked this one because the quality is just as good for only 1/2 the price. The speaker connects quickly and easily either through usb or bluetooth. I initially set it up with usb cable because I was worried that there might be interference with bluetooth since I have lots of bluetooth devices connected at the same time; however, the cable was a bit too long for me so I tried bluetooth to make simple. The sound quality is equally good for both using cable or bluetooth. I was able to hear loud and clear and I was heard just as well. The speaker is quite easy to control, there are two buttons to the right for volume, the ones on the left are to control music, the big button in the middle is for mute. What I noticed about the mute button is to not press where the mute sign is, but rather a bit higher up from the mute sign. There are two buttons to the right side for power and bluetooth connection as well. The battery life seems to last for a while, I used it for a total of 3 hours but it’s still going strong without needing to charge. The only complain I have is that when I press mute on the speaker, the mute status isn’t synced with what’s shown on team. So even though the speaker itself is mute, team will show me as not mute. Or if I mute myself on team, the speaker doesn’t show as mute either. It’s not a huge inconvenience but it can be confusing to keep track of what I used to mute.

    When it works, it’s fine
It may be the fault of my computer, however I had trouble getting the computer to recognize this speakerphone. When it did recognize it, everything worked fine, but I had problems getting it set up.

Small Footprint on Desk and Works Really Well
The size of this conference speaker is about a bagel. Setting it up was very simple and straight forward. The mic is sensitive and better than my old mic this one to replace. I don’t need to lean forward to the speak. According to my co-workers, the sound they received was good. Initially, it had some problems to record system sound. It was resolved by selecting a right device. When connected, this speaker shows up as 2 devices (see the picture). The one for mic is CF10 Hands-Free AG Audio. Anyway, it works really good now. Overall, I like this little device. It’s a great help for work-from-home situation.

    I am a fan
I set this up for my laptop. It will work with a cell phone too. It has a setup for answering cell calls but it also will work as a speaker/mic combo as well which is what I wanted it for. I do primarily voice based stuff on my laptop. It hooked up to bluetooth with no problems and also can be run with the usb c cable it comes with. It’s kind of versatile and I love versatile. It is pretty loud to me considering that I have hearing loss. It’s not really big, about the diameter of my palm and I have smaller-ish hands. Small but mighty.

    Easy connect, works great!
This was so easy to set up and use, has great sound quality both the speaker and microphone. Great value I find
