Device only supports 2GThe description of this device does not mention that this is a 2G device and will not work with AT&T.We did get it to work with T-Mobile but who knows how long 2G will be available with T-Mobile.Look for the device TG200L and make sure it specifies 4G/LTE

Two StarsHas problems with English back quote character. Sometimes SMS’s are scrambled. Their lastest firmware is old.

Requires constant rebootsCell trunks go down hard after they have been powered on for a few days. There’s a messy solution to ftp a daily reboot script as a work around to the problem.

Poor 3cx experienceThis device although works with 3cx at some point requires constant reboots. Manual is a bit crappy as well as the suppport from the oem excluding the time differences.Dtmf tone processing is a hit or miss since it will not respond to all touch screen dial pads.Unless this has been resolved, it would be best to avoid this model to save you time and stress.

Product should not be sold outside the USA is not compatible with Any Australian NetworkI was disappointed that this product is not made for the Australian market, it should have in the description that it does not work on Australian networks, actually it shouldn’t be offered outside the USA.
