Not bad not good
Drone flew ok and the video was good but would freak out and was uncontrollable ended up breaking an arm off mine when is freaked out and hit a barn but not. A horrable drone flew decent and has a decent camera. Battery life was probably 15-20 minute then low battery seamed like it would auto fly for 10 minutes. Return to home never worked for me. All and all 2.5 out of 5

My 4th drone. Took 3 different applications to finally get it to connect. 1st test flight did fine around the yard, full visual. 2nd flight, I thought ok, decent drone. Then out of nowhere just took off. I had no control. Fortunately it crashed in my neighbors tree and recovered, no damage.Took a break, put fresh battery in it. Fresh battery in controller. I thought maybe they ran down the week i spent just trying to get the thing to fly.3rd attempt. All systems good. Calibration confirmed. GPS 12 satellites. It responded well, so I gave it a little range. At 200′ it took off on its own again. I lost all controlled at the thing actually picked up speed and did a 45 degree decent into my neighbors garage at max speed. This thing is dangerous, unstable, unreliable. Pure trash and shouldn’t be in the air.Update June 11, 2021A few weeks after I posted this review I was contacted by the seller. They were concerned about the drones performance and they identified the problem. I was offered a new drone at no cost. We corresponded through email. They were polite, sincere, and dedicated to making things right. I’ve had my new drone for over a month. I’ve had several flights. The drone is extremely powerful so it took some getting use to. Any type of breeze that makes the want to pilot correct the drones flight, needs to be done gently. Its over correct easily because the drone is light, and the motors could probably handle the weight of 4 drones. I flew it up to 390′, it held steady in a hover even in the gusty winds. It would auto correct without having to touch the controller. The camera took very clear HD photos, but the zoom is underwhelming. Overall, the customer service gets a 5 star for their genuine concern. The drone gets a 4 star. Definitely not a beginners drone, but id purchase again.

When I got the drone one battery was dead. I initially left a 3 star pending result of contacting seller. I contacted the seller and got a fast response. I also asked the seller about buying more blades. The seller informed me they were sending me a new battery and with additional blades.I have to say this drone is built very well. I know this because when it was ascending it flipped upside down and it fell from 7 meters. the only thing that broke was the end of the blades. The top of the drone had some scratches, but nothing broke. The camera had no damage.

Dead after first outing
Husband did all pre-workout and has had drones before. This thing went up like told and then just just flew off. We found it crashed blades broken and now won’t connect to remote and no more camera. Returned immediately kinda happy I didn’t wait till Christmas to find this out!
