Excelente soporte técnicoTienen una excelente atención, a tal punto de ofrecerme respaldo para enlazar la cámara con el control PTZ vÃa TeamViewer.Calidad bastante aceptable en relación Calidad y Precio. Si quiere sacarle el máximo provecho a la cámara tiene que comprar el control PTZ Avkans, yo compré uno más económico y no tengo la función de velocidad de zoom y velocidad del pan y tilt ya que según el soporte técnico de Avkans el control que compré es para cámaras de seguridad.

Good Product Great SupportWe bought three of these to upgrade our church’s Livestream. They are well-built and easy to control. The multiple simultaneous outputs are nice as they allow flexibility in having a multiview preview independent of our program feeds. I have used more expensive competitors, and these work just as well for our needs.

Excellent response from support via email. Incredible value!Bought this camera for use as a second camera for church streaming. Set-up was simple using NDI for the video. I was having a little trouble configuring the PTZOptics camera control, but an email to their support was responded to within 4 hours, even on a Saturday! Honestly, they do not have to support another company’s control app, but they did, and quickly.This camera is a steal at the price.

Good budget camera option for church live-streamingI’d previously purchased the 30x version for our church livestream, and needed a second. We decided to pick up the 20x version since we weren’t going to need maximum zoom.The picture of this unit is good, and the user interface is decent enough for volunteers to get to grips with. Plenty of options to get the image dialed in.There are a couple of things to be aware of, though. The 20x version doesn’t use the same remote at the 30x, so you can’t add it as a second camera to that remote. Means you’re juggling remotes unless you want to set up another control method.The remote included with the 20x version does seem to be better than the 30x, with more options built in. The range is very short though, so we aren’t able to run the camera from our control booth using the remote, even though it’s only about 20 feet from our position. This can be resolved through the Ethernet control option though, so it’s not a major issue.For the price and functionality, it’s hard to beat these options though, and I’ve been very pleased with the unit so far.

Great Camera and great tech support.I am setting this PTZ up for my church as an upgrade for audio and video system. I had some connectivity issues with my PTZ controller but i contacted AVKANS tech support by email and within minutes they responded with the solution.

Excelente calidad. Cumple con las especificaciones.Excelente cámara. Cumple con todas las especificaciones publicitadas. Es importante descargar el CMS software desde la página de AVKANS para poder configurar la cámara, sobretodo si se conectan varias cámaras a la vez.En general es un producto de excelente calidad, fácil de configurar y utilizar. Lo recomiendo altamente.

Great product and even better customer service!Camera came in very fast and had it working in no time….. With one issue, the camera and software worked but we use OBS for livestreaming! I emailed the seller to ask if there were any tricks….. Within the day, the seller had tech support on it. They worked with me over an hour until they gotmit working and it wasnt even a camera issue but more OBS. Even after that, they did a personal tutorial with me on some of the features! Incredible camera and customer service!
