So much better for my house layoutThis Cell Booster dome ceiling antenna works so much better than my panel antenna. A panel antenna gives out a radiation pattern like a flashlight beam. Panel antennas have a stronger signal but are limited to the direction they point. The dome antenna has a different radiation pattern. If you cut a basketball in half and place that on the ceiling you will get the idea. The dome antenna radiates out in a 360 degree direction, and in all directions except up. Since I have a ranch style home this worked so much better for us. Surprisingly good in the downstairs game room too.To get the absolute most out of the antenna I used and purchased here on Amazon a WILSON-400 Ultra Low Loss Coax Cable.Cons: This antenna is harder to install as you have to run coax through the attic in my case, but was worth it! The looks is not the most astatic looking thing, but not that bad. See the pictures and you decide.Pros: Ability to use our cell phones anywhere in our home! Hope this helps you.

Added to current systemI have a Wilson cell booster in my shop so I added this antenna off the shop booster and it helped my reception in my house.

Plain and simple, it just works. We added this antenna to our 4g weboost connect. I was a bit concerned because we have 100ft of Coax going from the antenna to the weboost and another 100ft of coax going to each antenna after the wideband splitter which drops the signal -3db. This configuration pushes the limit of the coax loss to the max on a good day yet we still receive 3 bars of 4g which is enough to stream video. Before we had zero reception in our house. The antenna works extremely well. We have found that it is very directional. You need to be in about a 45 degree field in front of the antenna to get full reception. Also, it doesn’t seem to work well through walls. That being said, we were able to position the antenna to serve our needs. I highly recommend Wilson Electronics products if you struggle with phone reception. It has changed our lives

Pretty GoodI bought this in hopes that being a directional antenna would send out the signal in one general direction thereby leaving a dead zone behind it. The reason being, I was trying to fix a problem where my Wilson Mobile Booster would begin to recieve its own signal and then shut down when using a multi-directional antenna. Admittedly this solution has helped a little but the problem still occurs, however that’s not why I knocked off a star.I gave four stars because the cable is 5 ft making it a little shorter than I wanted. I had the impression that the cable was removable (therefore replacable for a longer cable), when the description mentioned that the antenna included a 5ft cable.

Good signal gain, good supportThis antenna performed well in 75ohm. Signal gain decent, 10-12 db. It’s bandwidth did not perform as well. Didn’t really see any better speeds compared to a sma stick as same range. Overall its alright and if you want a brand you can call for support and know little to nothing, this would be the antenna to pick.

Weboost has great customer service people and sent out three additional connectors …Weboost has great customer service people and sent out three additional connectors to be able to hook up my booster for free. Only downside was I couldn’t get any additional signal thru out my rv than I already had.
