Für den Preis unschlagbar. Firmwareupate nur als IT Profi empfehlenswert. Erste Hilfe dazu hier.

    Great matrix, complicated for beginners
I am by no means a beginner when it comes to these type of techs. The update process was a bit strange to me and I didn’t really enjoy going through it. Setting it up was a bit of a pain in the ass (getting the right screen to work, getting to know that the Optical source works with Output B and not A, etc…), but after a bit of tweaking (around 20 minutes) everything was working flawlessly and I love it so far.My PC is already connected on my DisplayPort on my monitor, so I use this matrix to connect my Switch/Xbox/PS5 on my single HDMI port on my monitor as well as on my 4K TV. I also use an optical cable to plug my Topping A90/D90 stack so that way I can use both my speakers and my headphones with WAY BETTER QUALITY than the built in audio of those consoles and enjoy my gaming experience even more.Quality of the sound going off that optical port is impeccable. Quality of the image is also flawless so far. The remote works well even from far away without installing the IR “add-on”.Truly a game changer for me, as I already had a HDMI receiver (not a matrix), but it had way less features and this one is just top notch. The build qualiy is also really good. This thing is well built and will last for sure (at least the external physical components will, I don’t know about the internals).I recommend.

Powerful device that requires some tech savvy
Sharing my setup and adjustments, to hopefully inform your decision and save you time:I have the following pieces of the puzzle:- Xbox outputting 4k@60 HDR- TV that can handle 4k HDR- Projector that is 1080p- Stereo speakers that need an optical inputMy goal is to have Xbox video go to either the TV (in 4k) or projector (in 1080p), and the Xbox audio go to the speakers.Mission accomplished! But not exactly plug and play, with a gotcha:- achieving the 1080p downscale: this was fairly straightforward. Per the graphic on the bottom of the matrix, set the second dipswitch to On and ensure your 1080p device is on HDMI output A- getting stereo sound: this was a problem. The matrix kept sending a surround sound signal to my speakers, which my speakers don’t know how to process. Good news is you can tell the matrix to output stereo sound, bad news is requires some extra work. Step 1, get a Windows computer (you’re out of luck if you have Mac or Chromebook). Step 2, connect matrix to Windows PC via USB mini cable (hopefully you have one laying around). Step 3, hope that the device is recognized…mine was not so I had to manually install the driver which I found by searching for FTDI Chip Driver. Step 4, follow the instructions in the manual on sending EDID codes to the device (mine was 13 for 4k@60 with 2 channel stereo sound). Voila, works perfectly now- managing HDR: this was also a problem. The HDR worked perfectly on my 4k HDR TV. But when an HDR signal was scaled down for my 1080 projector, the picture quality didn’t look great. Very washed out and dull sort of look. I don’t think this is the fault of the matrix per se, I think it’s probably really hard to capture all of the goodness of an HDR signal and squish that into a non-HDR signal. Anyhow, after trying multiple cables, etc, I finally gave up and just turned off HDR in my Xbox when I’m outputting to the 1080 projector. A bit annoying because I have to manually turn HDR back on in the Xbox when I output to the TV.So there you have it…overall I’m quite happy with this device, as I recognize that I’m asking it to manage my somewhat odd setup. But that’s the power of the device…because you can manually set EDID codes, you can handle almost any setup.Final note – bonus points to the matrix for 1) working perfectly with my Logitech Harmony Hub setup, and 2) working perfectly with my 50′ fiber optic HDMI cable run to the projector.

    Works as expected so far
I bought this out of frustration of cycling through and burning money on many HDMI matrix switches that claim to support my (possibly unique) requirements – 4k@60hz 4:4:4 and 4:2:0 chroma and mixing 1080p with 4k outputs. This included swapping HDMI cables for higher end ones that cost a fair bit. All failed to achieve a stable or satisfactory result (screen flickering, lack of support for audio extraction, calibration problems etc). All this time I know when connecting my displays directly to the output device works perfectly with the same cables when bypassing the use of a switch.Every 6 months I would wait and see if either a newer tech, product came along to revisit this and this item seems to advertise and be transparent about what it does/doesn’t. The price was off-putting but I have wasted enough money prior that exceeds the cost of this matrix switch alone. So I decided to give it a go, and the setup and instructions were pretty clear on how to set up, configure EDID and the order where everything goes. Far more detailed than the cheaper alternatives that claim to do the same. Upon testing switching between inputs, I pleasantly noted that the lag/delay was minimal – the fastest I’ve ever experienced. Thus it has set my expectations and I am hopeful of the rest of the issues I’ve experienced on flickering etc are resolved. I’ll keep this updated if this changes.Admittedly most people would not need this device as the cheaper ones satisfy the basic usage of switching between inputs – all my prior purchases do that to some extent. You are likely better off to replace your displays with the same specifications, or have two cheaper switching devices or even unplugging, plugging HDMI cables than to sink money the way I’ve had. What could make this better would probably be ARC/eARC support which I believe isn’t listed in the features. I have a soundbar that I use but for now the search goes on. If there is an updated version, I would definitely consider in future.

Worked initially but now constantly cutting out
Worked well initially, bought in Nov 2020 so I’ve had it a while…. But over last 6-9 months, the image on both screens blanks out every minutes…. When it first started, turning the splitter off and on would sort it out for a while, but now it’s doing it constantly… I’ve checked all my cables, connections, screens. irs a great bit of kit but not cheap and I hoped it would last longer …. Overall quite disappointed

    Great Powerful HDMI Switch
No reviews would touch base on the Hz side of this switch. Maybe because most are using it in a home theatre setup at 60Hz. But for those who want to use it with ps5, Xbox and PC. This switch is top notch. Now it’s not fully plug in play. I have twin 144hz Acer monitors and I could not get them to the native 2560x1440p 144Hz out of the box. You have to play close attention to the instructions and guide for the dip switches. I got everything working flawless by selecting pass through mode all dip switches up. Only plugging in monitor B and power cycle the switch. Once my ps5, pc and laptop accepted the pass-through mode on boot. It was locked in. Then I connected monitor A and it all magically worked. Toying around with upscale and downscaled works too but I just wanted native resolution and Hz. They advertise 120Hz at 1440p but I got 144Hz at 1440p to work and probably could get higher if my monitor supported it. Little to no switches advertises Hz specs and when they do it don’t work but I can confirm this bad boy does work at higher than 60Hz

A videogame live streamers DREAM device. Even works with G-Sync!
I’m a small time Twitch Streamer with a decent budget for hardware. The most difficult aspect of this is that I run a dual pc streaming setup along with all the consoles, which means a lot of potential technical difficulties when trying to have all components operational at the same time. I also had the specific needs of being able to stream and capture a raw feed of gameplay simultaneously for YouTube content.Finding a quality device was difficult especially since, at the time I didn’t know what a matrix was. I ended up with the Gofanco Prophecy and it is a great device, but didn’t fulfill all my needs. The most important need that before the release of the Elgato 4K60 MK 2, I could scale the resolution but couldn’t have two video feeds. After a lot of research, enter this magical device, that on paper, met all of my needs but only had four reviews and of course was a brand I never heard of. Well allow me to ease any concerns you may have for this device as it’s one of the most potent pieces of gear in my setup.Long story short, not only does this matrix obviously give the the two feeds I need (which I now don’t need, but it’s awesome that I can send a clean feed to my display without any weird glitches that can happen by using pass through with a capture card) but this guy offers the most functional pass through support I’ve ever seen.4K 60, 1440p 120? No problem. HDR? No issue. Hell, even G-Sync passes through to my LG C9 which leads me to believe any VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) option will work, which is AMAZING for an enthusiast gamer. This is a must have piece of equipment for any High End Twitch Streamer or Videogame based content creator that needs clean feeds sent to multiple devices with no headaches.Somebody let me know when the HDMI 2.1 version of this product drops and these guys can have my money DAY ONE!
