Easy Installation A basic installation consists of one P16-I Input Module, which connects to the main mixing console, and up to six P16-M Personal Mixers, creating a system big enough to equip a typical recording studio, a small to medium-sized band, or a worship team. You’ll also need a few standard audio and CAT5 cables. The optional P16- MB mounting bracket allows the P16-M Digital Personal Mixer to be attached to any standard microphone, music or drum stand. The system can easily be expanded via the P16-D Digital Ultranet Distributor, six of which can be combined to drive up to forty-eight P16-M Personal Mixers. Extraordinary Value. The Powerplay P16 puts total control of the monitor system where it belongs – in the hands of the performers, freeing up the engineer to sculpt the perfect front-of-house mix. Personal monitoring
Great product, some difficulty integrating with s32 and x32.

    tut was es soll

Easy Setup, Easy Operation, Decent Sound
Just received three P16-M and a P16-I. It was extremely simple to get everything connected. There is very little learning curve to figure out how to use the P16-M; press a button, turn a knob easy. The headphone amp part is a little bit noisy with hiss. The built in EQ is lacking sonically. These are reasons why I dropped a star. I like this monitoring system! Super simple and inexpensive!

    Must have
Every member of the worship team enjoys have individual monitor settings!

    I recommend it
I advise everyone who plays to play with others in a beautiful way

    Pleasantly Surprised
I did rate 4 stars on value for money because these units are at a premium price point. The complete system is not for the budget minded. I only needed to purchase this part of it as the rest of the system was already owned by a band member. This unit is three hundred, more than I wanted to spend but it was the least I could do being that our band mate had the other three grand already. That being said, we are able to rehearse with headphones, every musician has their own personal mix and the sound is crystal clear. Live we can perform the same personal mix or configure a different mix for our live needs and store these settings into memory. Everyone has their own individual mix via in ear or personal powered monitor iliminating typical monitor feed back problems and allowing much lower stage volumes. I should say you get what you pay for with this system I just don’t know how many local working musicians are ready for the investment.

A must if you want control over your in ear mix
If you’re like me and need to save your ears before it’s too late then take control of what goes into them. I decided to go in-ear but only if I didn’t have to depend on the sound man for my feed. Personal mixer to the rescue! My band uses a Behringer X18 board so the P16M seemed like the obvious choice. Hookup is as easy as it gets: 1 cable into the X18 “Ultranet” port, then set the X18 to send pre or post processed channels out to the P16M. I prefer the raw pre-processed signal so I can set my own mix volume and EQ independent of the main board. Paired with a Shure wireless IEM I now have complete control and for the first time hear myself and everyone else clearly and without going deaf or fighting the sound man. Still tweaking but I can’t imagine ever going back to a floor monitor and eardrum-splitting stage volumes.
