The adjustable studio boom arm clamps securely to desks, tables and other flat surfaces up to 55 mm (2.2″) thick. The boom is equipped with a standard 5/8″-27 thread for easy attachment of the included microphone shock mount, and the XLR cable is threaded internally for a clean appearance and unhindered operation. Offering full 360° rotation and adjustable, spring-stabilized joints, the boom arm repositions quickly for optimal mic placement. The rugged AT2035 side-address studio condenser microphone delivers exceptional detail and low noise. Equipped with a switchable 80 Hz high-pass filter and 10 dB pad, the AT2035 handles high sound pressure levels with ease. The mic comes with an AT8458 shock mount to attenuate any noise, shock or vibration that’s transmitted through boom. Its analog XLR output connects easily to a digital converter or mixer. Rounding out the pack are the ATH-M20x pro headphones, part of Audio-Technica’s critically acclaimed M-Series line. With 40 mm drivers tuned for enhanced low-frequency performance and comfortable, sound-isolating earpads, the M20x headphones are perfect for long monitoring sessions.

Excellent mic and package!I heard good things about this mic from some voice actors, so wanted to try it myself. I am very happy with how it sounds, especially for the price. Coming from having mostly used USB mics, this is the best sounding mic I’ve tried yet. I use it with a Scarlett and it works perfectly. The included arm is excellent and makes for a convenient setup. Sometimes the bolt at the end that secures the mic gets loose after moving it up and down a bunch. But it’s really easy to tighten up.The headphones sound fine, but aren’t very comfortable. I have some Sony headphones I’d rather use. I think this package would be perfect without the headphones, and being able to shave some off the asking price. But all together, it’s a very excellent package! I bought one for my wife as well and we’ve been using it for years.

The mic is 5-star. The arm, 4 star. The headphones, 2 star.Bought this “podcaster pack” over the mic-only package hoping to get a good swing arm mount and a good set of headphones.I knew the mic was a 5-star mic based on other reviews, and my experience with this mic has been great. I am not a musician or professional recording engineer so I won’t try to speak the language. There are YouTube videos out there that will help you learn more about the mic. I am glad I bought it.That said, I was very disappointed with the “podcaster pack”.The boom arm is good, but if you want to mount the microphone upright (instead of the trendy way of hanging it downward), the weight of the mic is just about all the stand can handle. It stays put, but I am concerned about its longevity. The headphones are uncomfortable and, if you want my opinion, useless. They are super “plasticky”, they squeeze your head way too tight, and they just feel crappy all around. Their 10-foot cord ends in a 3.5mm jack, and with the provided 3.5mm-to-1/4″ adapter, you can use these with your interface. But the adapter does not screw onto the cord, so the two can become separated.Overall, my recommendation is to just buy the microphone and boom arm separately. Choose different headphones.

AT2035PK Bundle is GreatBrought this bundle at the start of the pandemic as I was already looking to upgrade my old Yeti Snowball not that the Snowball is a terrible microphone as it definitely is a great price but I wanted to be heared more clearly. After looking around reading reviews and watching videos I ultimately settled on this bundle as I didnt have a boom arm or XLR cable to connect this too and the headphones to me was more like an added bonus as they are fairly solid but do take some time for your ears to get use to the weight.I attached the boom arm and microphone together to my desk with relative ease and connected the cables (btw the cables are pretty long. I have a 72 inch long desk and I was able to run the cable from one end to the other with some slack left over.) to a Focusrite Scarlett Solo and after messing with a few default audio settings and EQ, I could genuinely say that the audio difference between my old Snowball and the AT2035PK was night and day. The only compaint is that the microphone can be a little sensitive but again nothing you cant fix in most software options. We currently live in a time where working and socializing from home is becoming a new norm with people moving to programs like Zoom, Discord and Skype, I felt that is was a great investment for me as I already spent plenty of time online and I definitely dont regret it. Overall a fantastic bundle and an amazing microphone. Anyone looking to up their audio quality for their voiceover programs wont be disappointed. My only complaint for this bundle was the nut at the end of the boom that holds the microphone needed to be tighten so the microphone wouldn’t just swing down making it difficult to talk to the microphone properly. Annoyingly Audio Technica doesn’t give you a wrench for this and I had to drive down to my local hardware store to find one. Not a big deal but was an extra step. Still happy with everything.

Very Sensitive, It will pick up noise you did not think is there!I like this unit except the arm, needless to say I wrote the manufacture and they had a replacement sent without delay. The embedded SLR cable was a bit flaky, Although I got a new arm I ended up purchase an extra one be it as it may the Microphone is the real deal.

Good mic and headphones, crap standthe mic itself is worth the money, fantastic quality and good for budding vocal artists. Headphones are pretty good too, if a bit uncomfortable after a period of time. the stand itself is pretty dinky. the mic with a popfilter is just enough for the stand to weaken position, and the clamp isnt big enough to work on my desk. I replaced the stand with a proper boom arm pretty quickly and it solved all my problems.

Microphone? Great. Headphones? Okay. Shock mount? Solid. Boom arm? Hot garbage.I’m a gamer who is really tired of shelling out significant quantities of money for lights and a wireless setup that requires constant charging, issues with connectivity, subpar audio for both input and output, and to boot, doesn’t have a long life cycle. I just got weary of it. This pack was slightly more than a “good gaming headset” that might last a year.So far, the audio is wonderful. I’ve paired it with a simple, easy mixing board from Phenyx (the PTX-100) – very much a beginner’s setup. I like my voice, I practice with my voice, I like to actually have my real voice and not the muffled version of it cutting in and out, when I game. The headphones are fine. Nothing crazy, but definitely usable. Love the shock mount, paired that with a simple pop filter, looks classy. The boom arm is hot garbage. I kinda thought it would be, but the final connection, prior to the 3/8″ connector cannot be controlled. It swings very loose, there is no knob, just three screws/bolts. A pair of pliers could probably be used, but using pliers when you need to reposition each time is nuts. I know it had to be a less expensive arm for this to not cost Audio-Technica to provide. The mic on its own is superb. And the shock mount is great. Headphones eh. I still give a 5/5 for value.

Awesome so far!Boom arm where mic is has to be really tightened, but it still moves the mic down.Fixed solution is have the mic upside down like in the pics and videos.

Good value for home studio recording.I use this kit with the behringer 502usb mixer and it sound alright. I think the mic is very good and has low noise level for the price. The boom arm is a bit shorter than average arm but sturdy enough. The mic cable is routed inside the arm makes it look very nice and clean. The mic sounds a little too bright as the high freqs are bossted (Check youtube for sound reviews). Over all good kit for voice recording. Recommending it.

Great Mic, not so great hardwareThe mic is great for the money. I think other reviews cover that pretty well. The headphones are pretty low quality compared to a higher quality set of Audio-Technica wireless headphones I own. I didn’t expect them to be near the same quality but I did expect a little more. My biggest issue was the boom. The machine screw and nut that holds the shock mount and mic do not tighten enough to support the mic. In fact the screw broke while I was trying to tighten it. I found a brass replacement screw at Lowe’s and also a wing nut and a couple washers that I can tighten well enough to hold the mic in the desired position. I would recommend doing this if you buy it. Overall pretty satisfied considering the price. The mic is really what matters.

Outstanding choice for podcastWorks perfectly, vocals are accurately represented. The nuts at mic end needed to be tightened, but no tool provided. It is still a good purchase for podcasting.
