New kiosk for motorists
State officials unveiled a new self-service kiosk that allows motorists to test vehicle emissions Friday in Glen Burnie.
The kiosk was opened to the public Friday morning at 721 E. Ordnance Road. Maryland Department of the Environment Secretary Ben Grumbles, Deputy Transportation Secretary James F. Ports Jr., and Motor Vehicle Administration Administrator Milton Chaffee attended the event.
