Great value, good sound. It’s a Shure!I like the fact this mic has a switch. I use it to amplify my saxophone. When I am not playing the sax, I can shut off the mic so it does not pick up the rest of the band.

Worked great at outdoor eventI purchased this for use at an outdoor event to make announcement. Paired with my Harbinger PA speaker, this mic worked great. Even my DJ who usually uses his own fancy and much more expensive equipment complimented the sound of the mic. This was just used for speaking, so I don’t know how it would work for singing or paired with other amplified sound.

Where’s the mic’s protective pouch??!!!Loved this mic. My complaint is essentially the same as the other reviewers not receiving the protective pouch which is part of the paid package, now if I want to have the missing item I will have to take it back and reorder it because Amazon wouldn’t simply send the pouch.
