Nice Alternative to Similar Higher Cost LEDW Par CansLet’s be clear right out of the gate…this is not at the same level as the more expensive “name brand” lighting fixtures and one shouldn’t expect it to be at this price point. This is, however, a very nice DMX RGBW LED lighting fixture that will work perfectly in most situations. I have gotten a few different brands of low cost fixtures for my band set-up that we take out once or twice a month and have seen varying levels of build quality amongst the low cost brands. I like the quality of this light much better than the others mainly because the plastic used in the housing seems to me to be more rugged and thicker than others I have purchased and the fan noise is extremely low. It is so low that I when I fired it up next to my other low cost lights I thought maybe it either didn’t have a fan or it was busted but no…it is just very quiet. The DMX features of this light compare favorably to my expensive brand panel lights so I can’t complain about that.My three main complaints…more like suggestions, is that I prefer to have a detachable power cable, the XLR input/output jacks along with the buttons feel a little cheap and could possibly malfunction at some point, and the metal the yoke is made from is very thin. Look, at this price point you shouldn’t expect Neutrik jacks on these things, but I just wish they were a little beefier and inspired a little more confidence. That aside, they have not broken and if it did I could easily afford to buy another light to replace it if I had to. As for the power cable…it’s my preference to have detachable cables that’s all. The yoke for these lights…as it is with all lights at this price point, is made from a thin metal that is just functional. Like others it has the double yoke to rest on the ground if you desire, but I hang mine in a truss and I just wish the metal were thicker. This is not a deal breaker by any means. In summary, the light is great for whatI use it for. I have every intention of buying several more of these lights for my rig. If I have troubles, I’ll update my review to reflect that.

Nice lightsHard to beat for the price!

Good little light, loud fanI got this for a small studio set up, which is probably not its intended function.I have to say, for the money, this is one powerful little light. Very bright (maybe too bright!), and the colors are quite rich. It also doesn’t “strobe” when recording video at different frame rates (not that I’ve noticed, anyway), so that’s good. This would be a great addition to a DJ’s kit. Unfortunately, for my application (making YouTube videos), I find I can’t use this light all that often. The problem is not the light or the build quality or any of that, but the fan. Trying to record while this thing’s running is a deal-breaker, unless you can position it very far away from the mic, something I can’t do in the small space I have to work with. The fan is just too darned loud. So, I can’t knock this little guy, it’s powerful and puts out nice bright colors. Still, the noise from the fan left me in search of alternatives. That being said, I imagine in a club or disco setting, the noise of the fan wouldn’t matter, and you’d get the full bang for your buck.

Killer light for a budget lighting rigDefinitely looks better than expected, and it has an actual violet shade, which is rare on “budget” lights.Nice and bright, very light too. Only issues are – “strobe” function doesn’t do anything and the fan is really loud (but when my beats are blasting you can’t hear the fan at all). If you need a quiet or silent light, keep looking, but if you need a light for DJ/band use or other loud application, go for it. A huge amount of bang for the buck. I just use it as an extra backlight next to my Chauvet Color Bank, and it fits the bill perfectly.

Missing the Mounting BracketThe light looks great, functions well enough for what it is…but it was missing the mounting bracket.Contacted Amazon, they suggest returning the item for a refund, then ordering another one, or something else. I’m going to re-order and cross my fingers. The remote has to be pointed at the front of the light and is pretty self explanatory and does what needs to be done. The fade function works great. Some lights with fade functions cut complete off, this one keeps enough light on to keep area dimly lit.The light itself has a fan inside which is a little noisy in a dead quiet room…but, if used while performing on a stage, it shouldn’t be distracting or heard by the crowd. The beam is wide enough to cover a solo or duo act. I planned to use it for back-lighting, but it would be great for main lighting as well.Overall, the value and performance is great. Hopefully, you get one with a mounting bracket…and my next one has one too.

Feature-laden value for moneyFull of useful features, although I probably won’t use many of them. The LED lights are vivid and bright enough for a small to moderate stage area. Great value for the money. I cannot yet speak to the durability.

Good Value for MoneyI have purchased several lights from YeeSite and all have came on time and with no issues. This light is a great balance of cost and value. The remote control needs to be pointing in the correct direction and has a fairly close range (~15ft) but is intuitive and easy to use. The LED’s are extremely bright and make the room really pop. I have not tested the DMX feature but as I am assuming with all of YeeSites lighting fixtures it will work flawlessly.

Good value for the moneyI have not tried it with DMX cables yet, but the light is bright for the price and the remote works well. Overall, i am impressed for the price. The fan is loud, but enough other reviews mentioned it too so I knew that when I bought it.

Decent LightsUtilizing the lights for uplighting a brick wall in my recording studio, setting the mood as they say.The brightness is a little less than I hoped for, but they do work nicely

Very BrightThis light is a great option if your looking for affordable pars to use for up lighting or anything that might need spotlighting.Pros-Great output-RGBW it includes white over just rgb-can be dmx’d-includes a remote control if you don’t want to dmx it-clamp functions as a mounting point and feet if you want to place it on the floorCons (for the price though these cons are not a big deal)-the diodes don’t have amber or uv-plastic (not metal)-power cord is not removableI am a Pro DJ of 6 years now and have used the cheap and the expensive pars out there. For the cost this light is an amazing deal and I highly recommend to any beginner DJs, bands, artists that are looking for wash par lights.
