work perfect
I ordered this product to split signal in cable box to tv and projector after looking at many other competitors in Amazon this one appear to have the most information and professional presentation in the site. A major concern was length of HDMI cable and picture quality since I run a 25 foot long HDMI cable to the projector. After connecting and testing it both pictures to tv and projector were excellent no imperfections no changes in picture quality were noted. Overall it did what I expect it to do.

Has been working for over a year. Update:Has been on 24/7 for 4 years. Still working.
This OREI HDS-104 1×4 has been a good product for me. I bought this in Jan 2018 and have been using it 19 hours a day since then. It stays on 24 hours a day. It is hooked to a Dish Network 722K DVR/Receiver with a 6 ft HDMI to one TV and a 50 ft Blue Rigger HDMI cable to the other TV. I don’t use 5.1 or 7.1 audio, just stereo, so I can’t speak to multichannel audio but the stereo audio is fine. I have seen no degradation in the video on either TV with both TVs on, at least that I can see. The 722k puts out 1080i 60hz. I have only 2 TVs so I haven’t tried more than 2 ports at a time.

Works well to split HD surveillance camera video footage
I use this to split an HDMI signal from my HD surveillance cameras around my house so I can view directly from my NVR rather than running the NVR’s software program which takes time to log in and refresh each camera and sometimes doesn’t work properly. The signal from the NVR is direct and has no issues for instant viewing.I run a maximum of 50+ cabling along with an HDMI through Ethernet extender to several monitors throughout my home and I have no problems so far.

Has worked flawlessly for about 4 months where others have failed far earlier
I’ve tried other HDMI splitters and matrix switches with mixed results and often had ports that went dead, dropped signals, and synch failures. Frustrating and probably typical unless you want to pay big bucks for professional grade equipment. However this little splitter has worked fine so far with no ports going dead and no drop-outs. I use a mix of 2 Visio screens, 1 LG, and one Dell monitor with a HDMI to DVI adapter cable. All connect and synch perfectly.

Does not give you a second monitor
Both monitors will show the same screen. HDMI does not drive a second monitor, it just duplicates it.

Awesome! Highly recommend this.
This is awesome! I use this for my security cameras, it uses HDMI cables and it allows me to view the same picture on multiple TV’s with no distortion. The one I have has 1 input and 4 outputs. The security camera DVR HDMI cable goes into the input and you can run HDMI cables out of the outputs to TV’s. The quality of the pictures are great and the cables are snug. I went through a lot of different splitters and cables and trial and error and after buying my first one I bought a second one.
