Photogala is an event technology platform for collecting guest photos and videos at live events. Guests scan a QR code and upload straight from their phone browser: no app, no sign-up. Every photo lands in one shared gallery in full quality.
For corporate events, team building, conferences, trade shows, weddings and parties, organizers can add engagement features: photo challenges and team gamification, a live quiz, a live photo wall on any screen or projector, AI face search so attendees find their own photos, and AI-assisted moderation. Agencies and companies can run fully white-labelled galleries with their own branding.
Photogala is GDPR-compliant with EU hosting. Pricing is a one-time payment per event (no subscription), and a free plan is available. Setup takes about five minutes.
Organizers also get 12 free event planning tools with no login, including a venue capacity calculator, drinks calculator, QR code generator, and event budget calculator.
