Very good experience buying this product!Our church has been using this company’s camera for at least two years now. We’ve tried 10x as well as 20x. They are both very efficient and good. They also have three year warranty and the customer service is top level. If you contact the customer service if there are any problems with the product they will get back to you very fast.

Why would you even make a video live streaming camera with no audio?No audio for your streaming.! No way to add it. Supposed to be for live streaming of events but no way to input audio even though there is a setting for it in the setup.

Great upgraded PTZ cameraWe have just upgraded the new unit of Tenveo VHD20N-20x optical zoom lens with a wide 58.6-degree FOV and 1080P 60fps video output zoom. The quality is beyond expected. We mounted the PTZ camera about 75 feet from the church’s rear console and were impressed with the quality of the zoom. Also, I like how it has 4 HD video output channels, including USB/SDI/HDMI/IP. It is easy to link with your existing equipment, and multiple preset camera zoom settings are great for easy switching between focus positions; it improves our church live streaming service. Overall, this is an excellent PTZ camera.

Konferenzkamera mit WOW-EffektIch hatte schon ein anderes Produkt von Tenveo in Benutzung, die VA300B, die schon wirklich erstaunlich gut in unserem Konferenzraum gearbeitet hat. Irgendwann hatte ich dann hin und wieder Wiedergabestörungen der Lautsprecher. Ich kontaktierte Tenveo in China direkt und erhielt prompt Antwort, es wurde anstandslos und schnell getauscht, der Fehler also aus der Welt geschafft. Hotline&Support verdienen also ebenfalls fünf Sterne, weswegen ich mich auch wieder für dieses Fabrikat entschieden habe.Nun zur VHD10H: das Unboxing brachte ein wertiges Produkt zu Tage, mit einer tollen Haptik. Ich war gespannt auf das Ergebnis im Einsatz, da auch die hinteren Plätze in unserem recht großen Konferenzraum (30Personen) auch gesehen werden sollen. Das Bild ist WOW! Auch die Tiefenschärfe ist sehr gut. Die Presets sind einfach handhabbar und der Zoom trägt zum positiven Gesamtbild bei. Richtig Spaß macht die Kamera auch durch den lautlosen Betrieb, die Bewegungsgeräusche sind im Meeting fast nicht wahrnehmbar. Fünf Sterne!

Wir hatten damals schon 3 alternativ Modelle im Blick, sind nun von diesem Modell genauso überzeugt, denn auch hier stimmt Preis-Leistung absolut.Wir nutzen die Kamera für Aufzeichnungen von Gottesdiensten, Online-Übertragungen und Meetings.Optisch und auch haptisch macht die Kamera einen soliden Eindruck. Die Verarbeitung ist auch nochmal ein ganzes Stück besser als das Vorgängermodell. Definitiv eine Kaufempfehlung.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, Die Bildqualit’t ist sher gut, mit einen 10X-Zoom und PTZ, also sie lässt sich neigen und schwenken.Sehr hilfreich ist die Zoom-Funktion. Praktisch ist, dass man drei Einstellungsvarianten abspeichern und per Fernbedienung anwählen kann.
