First time teleprompter user. Worked great. Minor issueGreat little setup. Takes a little fine tuning and I don’t LOVE the angle of the glass but I assume that’s a physics thing that can’t be avoided. For example, with my camera anyway, when I line up a wide shot with proper framing, the reader in front doesn’t get a full view of the prompter text. The angle of the glass is a little low. If you fix for the reader and tilt up, then you have way too much head room in the shot. We resolved by tweaking text size and speed so that the reader can still easily keep on track even with the low angle of the glass. Overall, very happy with it. My first teleprompter experience and it went great.

Fantastic purchase, works perfectFantastic purchase, works perfect, totally worth the cost. A few notes. (1) We use this with a Canon XL-H1, which due to the offset of the lens required us to purchase an adapter plate so we could mount an inch or so off base so it lined up. (2) The edge of the glass is chipped a bit due to bad cut, but this does not impact performance. (3) VERY professional looking hood and mount system. (4) We tried several Teleprompter iPad apps to use with this. The best was QUICK Teleprompter by 1to1class.com. Most other TP apps had significant limitations and bugs (surprising for price).

Great but need an iPad Pro size versionExcellent – I had to modify for the iPad Pro size… but the frame and mount are perfect. I hope this company comes out w a vision for the iPad Pro Size soon!

This thing is the biggest piece of garbage ever, especially for the priceThis thing is the biggest piece of garbage ever, especially for the price. Do not buy.The app crashes constantly and has constant bugs, like the speed of the script changing during use. The instruction manual is basically non-existent. It doesn’t tell you how to assemble or where to find the app in the App Store. There is nothing easy to use or user friendly about this thing.The only thing I do like is that that it’s easy to read when it works and the structure probably wouldn’t break anytime soon. Still nowhere near worth the money.
