Works great with DJI systemThis Mic sounds great for the price, and has low noise when used with DJI Mic transmitters. It has a front-facing capsule, so it may take a little creativity when mounting it under clothing, etc., but it is worth the hassle of that minor quibble.

sounds fantastic, but …. package arrived without the mic clip…sounds fantastic, but …. package arrived without the mic clip…

Great Little Lapel Mic!I had a Tascam lapel mic recently break apart on the job and needed a lapel mic to pair with my Rode Wireless Go II. After looking up several reviews on YouTube I decided to go with the Rode Lavalier II.Overall the product is great! The wire is insanely sturdy and thin (made out of kevlar I believe) so I don’t have to worry about it breaking. The mic itself is flat so you can get it behind a button up shirt or tape it easily to a shirt if needed. As we know with most lavalier mics there is always need to EQ the end result due to lav’s pickup pattern but I feel like this mic gives outstanding sound even without editing the final product. Overall glad I picked it up and will be using it for all my corporate interviews in the future.

Sound quality is not greatNot sure if the problem is this lavalier or the Rode system itself but my audio is inconsistent… develops extreme crackles making it impossible to use.

nice lav micThis is a nice lav mic and sound really good. The only issue is the shirt clip because it does not fit on the mic well. It does work tough so not a deal breaker.

Build qualityMicrophone sounds great but the build quality isn’t good for what you are spending

One of my favorite audio purchases to date! When I tell you that this isn’t an entry grade lavalier mic I mean it! From the lockable 3.5mm jack, brilliant flat cord design & outward sound recording presentation, this mic is proof that Rode is the leader in sound. The price is right on this one. Right for the consumer. 5 stars all day!

excelentela construcción y calidad de sonido cumplió con todas mis expectativas!, no me da seguridad el anti pop y el gato muerto porque no se ajustan de manera segura en el micrófono.

EXCELLENT SOUNG BUT GET PAINTERS TAPE FOR THE CLIPI bought 2 of them. First wedding i used it the clip fell off and i lost it. Took 1.5 months to have rode ship me out a replacement clip via support. But they DONT SELL THIS CLIP. So if you lose a clip, i had to use a cheaper lav clip and tape the lav to make it fit into it the cheaper one for temporary measures. I lost that clip too unfortunately!!! I never had a problem losing my clips or having them come loose!!!!!The clip falls off almost everytime you remove the lav or adjust on a person. If you place it in your pocket, the clip also falls off!!So for my peace of mind i wrapped it in black painters tape. It really fit like 2 pieces of tape to the clip. Not the easiest to wrap..The design on the lav to attach the clip is terrible. The audio is great tho and i think a significant improvement based on the youtube comparisons i listened to. I wouldn’t mind buying another based on audio improvement.Glass screen protector – PCTCCase – RLSOCOTape – Zo.YehaaCharging cord 3 – in 1- usb

Poor design for the price. The original lav design is much better. Read on…I “upgraded” after one of our original Lavs failed. The new design uses a plastic clip that does not hold the lav firmly. It falls off! Also the wind muff and sponge fit loose and fall off. We lost one in the field filming a YouTube project for #Kovaction on a windy day. Then to cap it all off, Rode customer service closed my case prematurely instead of helping me get another part. It did work out but it was a bit of a hassle. Rode engineering value engineered the design and the result is not good. Sadly the lav II is overpriced and not reliable in the field. If you buy the original design beware the stress relief is inadequate. I had to glue the mic element to the plastic yoke. Disappointing.
