Description:

The Rockville RS29B V2 Rockstand Speaker stands are designed with appearance, performance, and quality in mind.

What makes our stands the best in their class?

Robust poles

Our poles use thick metal giving you a 60 LB load capacity. This is the best in its class. (Other ones on the market only support 20Lbs).

Anti-vibration foam

We include EVE foam to eliminate speaker vibrations and stop the speaker from sliding. Supports for hard floor, carpet, and uneven floors

included with our stands are fully adjustable rubber feet and brass pegs. The rubber feet are used for hard floors and can be adjusted at different heights If your floor is not completely level. The brass pegs are used in rooms with carpet and can also be adjusted at different heights ensuring your speaker and stand are 100% level.

Powder coated long lasting finish

Our stands are finished with premium powder coated paint making them beautiful and durable. In addition, this type of finish helps protect the stand from cracks, scratches and chips.

Clean installation with cable management

Another great feature worth mentioning is the stands cable management. Our stands have discreet holes in the top and bottom of the pole making it easy to hide wires for a nice clean look.

Height

The height of these stands is 29”. This is the perfect height to have them next to your TV or in your studio. We also offer 21” and 37” models to accommodate any application.

  1. Smokey Lynx

Well made and sturdy with a small caveatWell made and sturdy metal speaker stands that are a good value and work well. The speaker cable needs to be inserted before assembly; not after as shown in the instructions. The metal rings like a bell when struck and adding some deadening material like a bag of sand or beans to the central pillar is probably a good idea after assembly.Rockville has a large decal of their brand name on the central stand pillar which I faced to the back. The decal is not something attractive to see in your listening room. The manufacturer includes some nice adhesive foam rubber insulation pads for the top plate of the standsI am pleased with this product, but took one star off my review because the top plate will rotate some if bumped or moved. I added a lock washer to take care of this issue, but there is zero space in the concave area of the top plate to accommodate where the bolt head is screwed in . Rockville needs to fix this issue so the top plate remains stationary after tightening the bolt.

  2. Gary

Not too shabby..I would have preferred if they cost a bit less or had a better styled top plate, but overall they do the job without issue. I also think the poles could have been more rigid on these 21′ tall stands, but I don’t think there will be any problem with the heavier 20-25 pound speakers that will actually fit on the top plate, but I wouldn’t want to go beyond that. I only put a set of Elac BS41’s on it, which leave about an inch on each side of the top plate visible. The base can be changed to the supplied spikes for carpeting, but the rubber feet for the hardwood floor are great, and are also adjustable for optimal 4 point contact. I know I only gave 4 stars on all counts, but it may be hard to do better than these without a sale, especially if the bookshelf speakers are inexpensive, an appropriate size and weight, and you need the height that these stands offer.

  3. P. Kraut

Great productThere is nothing negative that I can say about this product.

  4. Pen Name

As advertisedPretty much no surprises, but no disappointments either. Nice and sturdy, kinda cheap looking, but do the job perfectly 👍

  5. Amazon Customer

Exactly what I was looking for! These are the bang for your Buck. Highly recommend these!

  6. Tech Bear

Sturdy stand, problem with assemblyThe stand is nice and solid. There are 2 reasons I am knocking a star off.First, instead of shipping the machine bolts in a parts bag they are partially threaded into the posts. For 3 of the bolts this wasn’t a problem. The fourth bolt was cross threaded, tightened down to the bolt head. I couldn’t remove the bolt with the hand tool or using a power tool. I ended up needing to use a bolt extractor. Luckily, I had a spare bolt on hand that matched specs.Second, there was a poorly placed sticker on the front of one of the posts. Not only was the sticker in front, it wasn’t straight either. I removed the sticker to find two small dings in the post. Looks like they are spaced apart the same distance as the diameter of a post. Very small blemishes. You see them if you look for them.

  7. Jerome

Solid stands. Great price!Packaged well. Easy to assemble. Solid structure. They weren’t as tall as I was hoping for but that was remedied by building a couple of wood boxes. Love the the look of Solid white. Xlr cables fit the holes in the pole, if needed. I would recommend these!

  8. Wireless Lou

Decent budget stands (but shipped in tissue paper)These are ok budget stands. I needed something 35+ inches and wanted white, and there isn’t a lot of choice at this price. The stands themselves are sturdy enough where they sit in my house, out of the way against a wall. If I move them in a higher-traffic area, I might think about epoxying a couple of additional metal plates (maybe 10-lb free weights?) under the bottoms for additional stability.Assembly was easy enough, just four bolts to manage. I highly recommend threading the speaker wires through the stands before you attach the plates, or you’ll never get them through. The included foam pads are very thin and I doubt it makes much difference other than to add a little grip, I also wish they came color matched to the stands. You might want to add another layer of sound isolation between these and your speakers. The biggest problem is the packaging these things come in. I don’t know why they shipped these stands in cardboard that’s barely thicker than what’s used in shoeboxes. As you can see (even through my blurry pics) the box barely made it to my house and there are small dents and scratches on several parts of these stands (more than I’ve documented here.) The plates came wrapped in very thin bubble envelopes, but that did not keep them from getting chipped as well. Luckily this looks like it’s almost the same as liquid paper, so I hope to be able to cover the dings on the plates and the risers. I’d consider sending them back, but there is no way they’d go back in the same box they came in without ending up a pile of parts and cardboard confetti on a UPS truck floor.Had these stands arrived unblemished they’d be a solid 4-star.

  9. Bugs187

Well made and sturdyStands are very well made and sturdy. They are great for large bookshelf speakers. They are a little shorter then I anticipated but not a big deal.Stands are very easy to assemble. If you have large gauge speaker wire like I do, I would suggest running the cable through the poles first then attach the base and top plates.I assembled the stands first then tried running the wires through the holes in the pole, I ran into issues maneuvering the wire through. I disassembled the stands then ran the wire with no problems. The stands hold my speakers very well and do not wobble at all. I feel very confident my speakers are safe and secure.
