Great mixer but terrible customer service
The knobs and faders feel a little too light but overall its a nice mixer for the price. They send a thank you card with their customer service phone and I called for one question and one confirmation. The rep confirmed that Bluetooth is easy to find on my device and it was. My actual question was about cueing one channel while playing the other. For this, the rep needed to “escalate” the matter and told me I’d receive an email with details about my question. What I received was a form asking me where I bought the item, Order number and etc., SO why couldn’t the rep I spoke with ask me all this drama in the first place when I called? Because this barrier causes many people to go away and not bother with all this, which is what I did. I like the mixer but their customer service is lacking. In fact, I have one more question right now but I’m going to leave it alone.

Very bright overwhelming display.
This unit is fine for what I use it for. I have it attached to a two channel leveling amplifier and it works fine. However as with most China made items, if you crank the volume up to top levels you will get hum. Again, it suits me fine, as I have an old school rack system. I keep the board levels about half way using the amp and leveling amp for most of the volume. So the sound is fine at those levels.

Nice piece…for the money
All the reviews are true! Excellent product for the money. I love the sound.The lights are a little overwhelming, but, i knew this going in. A small can of flex seal sprayed on paper then dapped on the ends of the knobs…its perfect…even blends in.Personal choice….I love this product for the money.

Amateur DJ Mixer
I have tested the unit and seems to be working ok, no hum or disturbances at Idle status. So for its class this is a very affordable mixing panel that does the job. The blue lights on the knobs, volume panel and top of the panel are a nice extra. All in all a great addition to a amateur DJ system.

It is not 5U rack height as described
A 5U rack mount device is 8.75 inches tall. This device is 9.4 inches tall. So it is somewhere between a 5U and a 6U. Which doesn’t conform to any standard. You can rack mount it, but there will be a gap between any adjacent equipment mounted in the same rack.Sliders feel cheap compared to the Newmark unit it is replacing.
