Description

This is an indoor antenna only. It doesn’t work alone. You need a Cell Phone Signal Booster/Repeater to work with this antenna.
If it is matched with the corresponding coaxial cable, it is usually used in the following equipment, such as: router, USB modem, module, Cell Phone signal booster, 3g / 4g wifi hotspot, security camera, mobile hotspot , Gateway, etc.
How it works:

The “outdoor antenna” that receives and transmits signal from the nearest tower.
The “signal amplifier” that amplifies signal both arriving and being sent to the nearest tower.
This “omni-directional indoor ceiling antenna“ that retransmits the amplified signal inside the building.

    Works Well
Good product for the money that performs very well. It’s a little larger than you might first think. About the size of a cereal bowl. So you can definitely see it when mounted, but it’s a clean looking installation.

So bad that I just threw it in the trash
Worked about 1/4 as well as the tiny antenna it was supposed to replace. Ended up putting the original back on and junking this pos

    Almost works
It does work, but its effective range is only 10 feet. After that, signal strength and data speeds drop sharply. Edit – Title says Omni-directional but the description says “indoor directional antenna” – this explains a few issues I’m having with it and is misleading.
