I’ve only used this about 10 times in a year and when I needed it for a charity event it did not work at all. Good thing I had wired backup microphones to save the day.

Couldn’t connect other devices (i.e. Smart TV, sound system etc.) all at the same time
I like the product like the quality and sounds. Unfortunately, because my sound system is old it wouldn’t work at the same time with my Smart TV. I need a device that connect all other devices into it. But other than that I think the device is a good quality.

Good karaoke mic system – does exactly what I need it for
I bought on a lightning deal and also cuz of the pandemic quarantine to spice things up at home. I used to go out sporadically to karaoke places. My wife is into it more than I am but seems to have reversed- I have used this more than she has.This is a lower end model. There are no tone controls on the receiver – the mics (you get two) are color coded. They are made of plastic not the best but it’s adequate for the paid price.Here’s my set up:I hooked up a laptop hdmi out to a Sony TV – I bluetooth the sound from the laptop to the bietrun (pairing is easy – and a lady with a heavy Chinese accent says it’s successful- from the bietrun i hardwire it to a schiit audio magni 1 (original Verizon) headphone amplifier so I can control volume – then u plug into the headphone Jack of a 1990s pair of active self powered speakers (Sony SRS-150). I didn’t want to hook it up to my AVR and it works great!!! Even though the speakers are about 20 watts per channel it fills the room. I use The old you tube for the backing tracks.The signal reception from mic to receiving device is great. It is very clear but I don’t have a big living space.The mics control the rudimentary echo (reverb) remember to put it to full max when you’re singing “in the air tonight” it rocks, treble, bass, and volume of the mics. Each mic can control their own. The tone controls aren’t great but good enough.I’ve had this for a couple months now and used it 4x? It’s worth a pick up if you want something simple and you’re not a hardcore karaoke gotta have the best sound system. It’s good for people who just wanna belt out a few tunes now and again.Thanks for reading.

Good features but 1 ch stopped working. Decent cust service. Sent a replacement unit under warranty.
One channel stopped working after a few months- problem with base unit not mic (stopped working abruptly). Contacted customer service – they sent a replacement unit. Customer service was responsive. Only email communication- typically a 1 day turnaround time for communications. I had to email a video of the issue showing how 1 channel was not working. (Creating and emailing videos can be challenging for some…).As far as the unit goes,It works well, Versatile, Comes with multiple connectors.Reasonably good sound quality. Need to hold the mic in a certain position.But works well for most situations. Very easy to setup and operate including built-in bluetooth connectivity.

I have a mobile DJ system in my Hummer H2…and I tried the cheaper Mics before and I always had issues….so this time I spent a little more and git these…and they are the BEST MICS I HAVE EVER GOTTEN! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM 100%!! THE EFFECT AND VOLUME CONTROLLS ON THE MIC ITSELF IS A GENIUS DESIGN!! AND THE RANGE ON THESE MICS IS HUGE!! I WALLED ALL THE WAY DOWN MY BLOCK AND IT STILL WORKS LOUD AND CRYSTAL CLEAR…!!!I AM SUPER SUPER BEYON HAPPY!!!THANK YOU FOR DESIGNING A GREAT AFFORDABLE MIC THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!! VERY HIGH QUALITY AND SMALL FOOT PRINT!!

It works ok
It was working fine but yes I agree the volume is not that loud. You do have to speak very close into the microphone.My complaint about this item is the charging port in the back of the device. We had to stand there and hold the charging cord in when in use. So inconvenient like who wants and have time to do that. Very annoying. It’s very fragile and it is push all the way in where you can’t charge it anymore. Now we can’t use I’m the darn thing anymore. It was poorly installed and quite frankly very cheaply made. Not worth the $$. I can’t even return it anymore or have them repair it. If you’re looking for a sturdy product that lasts and worth the buck, this isn’t it. If the makers are reading this review. Please take consideration to better your product or at least do something with my issue. Thanks…Unhappy customer!
