Description
Part of the ADJ Entour Series of atmospherics, the Entour Snow is a high-output snow machine designed for professional installation and touring applications. The machine is capable of projecting imitation snow upwards to a distance of up to 10m and outwards across a distance of up to 12m, making this unit ideal for large venues and stage productions. The flexible machine offers variable output, with the fan running at 50% or 100%, as well as an inbuilt timer and both 3-pin and 5-pin XLR sockets for DMX control. A 1/4-inch jack socket is also provided for use with an optional remote control and a locking PowerCON input socket provides the unit’s mains supply.

It does look real.I’ve had this machine 2 years now. The only drawbacks are that it’s loud, it goes through fluid fast and doesn’t come with a remote. You can buy a wired remote though. Two things you need to know to make sure it works flawlessly. First is if your not going to buy the fluid from them you MUST use distilled or at least purified water in your solution. It will not make fluffy snow with tap water. Second make sure you set it correctly. There are manual and timer modes. I suggest the timer mode to set on time it runs(20 seconds to 10 min) and how long in between run times. I set mine for on 40 seconds and off 20 seconds. It saves the fluid. I run I mine 6 hours a night. I hoisted mine 25 feet off the ground so I modified it with a 5 gallon bucket on rig to get the amount of run time I needed. By itself even at the 5% snow setting it can empty the gallon it comes with in 45 min. I set mine at 15% and it’s like a medium snow. At 50% it’s a Midwestern blizzard and empties it a few minutes. I love it. I live in the far south and people literally line up to see it. They get out of their cars and try playing in it. It’s not until the first bubble hits their eye or mouth that they realize it’s not real. It’s that realistic.

NO REMOTE!!!???Disappointed in the fact that this does not have a remote. The only way to use it is via DMX. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!LOUD…. I MEAN…. VERY LOUD. Used for a Christmas presentation on stage and man…. we had the make the music and microphones REALLY LOUD… and you can still hear it almost as loud as the music… 100 feet away and it is still hard to hear the music. However, this will really create a snow hurricane!!! Not really way to make it slow… this will create a real storm!!!! If it is snow you want, snow you will get!!!

Huge MachineAbsolutely Bog Product.. Heavy.. And DOES NOT come with any remote. You need to have DMX Understanding to utilize. And being as heavy as it was (40+) pounds – made it difficult to suspend (doable – just a little difficult)Will order another machine – Not just this big.. = )

Never got it to workI purchased this snow machine for a work event and unfortunately it never worked. Huge disappointment. I tried calling the manufacturer and never received any helpful tips. I am not outside of the return window and it was a huge waste of money and time.

Bad fluid pump out of the box. Ruined Christmas!Poor QC led to me getting a defective unit with bad fluid pump. Huge letdown, as I bought this to surprise my kiddos on Christmas. First time buying ADJ products in over a decade, won’t make that mistake again. It’s Chauvet or nothing for American brands.

Doesn’t lastThe first year out of the box it worked quite well. Great snow flakes and control. After that I have had very poor luck with it. I have replaced the pump and it still won’t work. Very disappointed in the longevity of the machine.
