Excellent quality audio, but suffers from faint powerline / monitor buzz
I purchased the USB version of this (there’s also a 3.5mm jack version, to be clear). Excellent microphone. The lengthy cord makes it great for being able to move around in a small area to conduct different tasks while providing online training.One key point: Placement is key. I first tested it with it clipped to a t-shirt collar. It was not pointed at my mouth but sort of horizontal. When I put on a button down shirt and clipped it to the shirt about equal to the top of my breast pocket, audio quality was almost perfect.Only minor issue is the faint buzz heard in the background. This can be somewhat overcome by keeping the mike cord away from monitors and power supplies. This is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. Otherwise, excellent microphone.

Okay but not ideal.
It’s an okay mic for the price, though it’s a bit cheap feeling and not as sturdy on it’s base as I’d like.The top part, where the mic is, isn’t glued securely so I can pull it off with no effort, it makes it feel a bit cheap. Also, to say how big of a footprint the base takes up it’s surprisingly unbalanced when you start trying to adjust the mic position to be lower. I do like the simplistic controls however, one button for on/off, it’s plugged into a computer that can handle all the settings so it doesn’t need any external controls.Usage wise, there’s quite a bit of background noise/static when in use, not an issue for teamspeak etc as you can adjust the settings to block this until you speak but you’re team will still have to put up with it. You’ll hear worse in 10 hours of CS:GO but if you’re wanting to stream or record then it’s far from ideal.I’ll be buying a different mic but I’ll be keeping this as a backup. It’s okay for that but you can do a lot better for not much more money.

phone plug will not work with a case, otherwise good budget mic
I bought this for use both with my laptop and phone… its a USB or c connector which is perfect, however, i cannot plug it into my phone without removing my otterbox… shame that the c connector isnt a bit longer. works great for pc/laptop with the standard usb, but will need to invest additional into a phone adapter that is long enough to work with a case.

Muddy sound quality
Purchased in January 2021 for online conference calls. Sound was a bit muddy regardless of microphone placement, orientation, type of USB plug (2.0 or 3.0), or conference software (Teams, Zoom, WebEx). And audio settings in the computer didn’t seem to change it. But for under $20 it worked well enough for 7 months. The microphone came apart yesterday and it doesn’t quite look like the exploded schematic diagram.

No good for Skype
The button isn’t a mute button as you’d probably assume, which is no good for Skype. On a laptop/webtop it simply turns the microphone off, which means your machine will default to its built in mic. Shame really as it was quite a nice piece of hardware.

Works well
Good quality audio, long cord is nice. As a bonus, got an extra foam wind screen and extra clip, plus a USB-A to USB-C connector.For my economics presentations, I wanted to back away from my standup desk a little, so I could use my arms more. But my Yeti microphone gave me an echo as I moved 5 feet away from it. So I got this baby. Easy to make OSB (or Zoom) use it.All at a very low price point. I’m happy.

Works for iPad or Computer
For the price, the sound quality is good. (You’ll pick up a lot of background noise, so it’s not directional.) It works with both my Macbook and my iPad – actually finding a mic that works with the iPad can be really challenging – so glad I found this! The cord is insanely long, but it comes with a strap to hold the excess together, so I’d much rather have that option of a longer distance. Very happy with it overall.

Lacking a little on the high end (treble).
Good mic, but wish it had better treble / crispness. Easy to equalize to fix, but not always an option with many apps. Still better than most.
