Absolute best value for the moneyI purchased 4 of these for a recording studio to support live streaming during client sessions. I am not the best with IP and networking. I could get most of it working without help. There were a couple of things I didn’t know about re: hooking up an IP controller to the cameras. I sent a message to the seller via the Amazon interface. I got an immediate response, within 10 minutes. (I didn’t expect that). They went through the basics and had me check the common things that would cause my difficulties. I was not able to completely resolve all the issues. So immediately they suggested a install TeamViewer so they could look first hand at my computer setup. It was the magic bullet that saved me time and frustration. They spotted my errors immediately then proceeded to TEACH me what I was doing wrong. (this was also unexpected.) It was a great experience to see their dedication to their customers. It is refreshing to see this in a day and age where most companies abandon their customers after they purchase their product. I was surprised to find out they didn’t charge for this support even though the products were working normally and it was my lack of knowledge causing the issues. All 4 cameras are working great now even though the controller I had my issues with was NOT one of their products. They were under no obligation to help me with that. They had it fixed within 2 minutes but then spent another 2 hours making sure I knew how to configure everything if I ever needed to set up an IP controller in the future. This was late in the day here and I’m sure in the wee hours of the morning where they were located. All perfect English and totally understandable. I would not have complained if they told me there would be a charge for this service but it was offered as a customer service. Great company, fantastic product. If you have a need for a PTZ or SD camera this is it. Also works with HDMI and the crazy part is that the different protocols work at the same time. I am using an IP controller for the presets and positions but SDI for the video at the same time. Other combinations I believe are possible but this combo is what I am using for now. HQ video and the price is incredible.

Love the Inexpensive PTZ CameraThis PTZ camera was affordable compared to the 2K version and performed flawlessly until I experienced some sort of Zoom error on the camera screen. I informed the manufacturer via the website, and they shipped a replacement over within a few days. I will order additional cameras from them as needed.

A PTZ Camera that works like more expensive versionsThe Prisual PTZ /NDI 20x camera was purchased with some skepticism as it is literally half the cost of more well-known cameras. This camera is nearly identical if not so to other cameras that cost $1699 and above. I fully expected to get what I paid for but this camera meets and exceeds my expectations and more importantly delivers an image that can be used for broadcast and recording. The camera is only 1080p, so expect that this will not be an ultra-sharp image as some of the 4K models out there. For churches, conferences, and other scenarios where lighting is bright and consistent, this camera delivers a crisp clean image. In changing light or low light scenes, it does not do too well – but I don’t think the more expensive ones deliver either in low light. The lens does tend to focus hunt in low light or dramatic color variations – this will not do well for concerts, for example. If you need a 1080p fully controllable PTZ camera via the Internet or Remote controller in a consistently lit environment you will need at least two of these! Works with ATEM Mini PRO ISO and similar, including the ATEM TV STUDIO HD – have not tested with newer constellation models yet. There are two models of this camera — the NDI is def the one you should get for future-proofing and maximum operability. The non-NDI one has limitations. There are no microphones on board, but there is a 3.5mm jack to add one if needed. In a Multicam set up this is not strictly necessary as audio can be routed from a mixer and mixed in the ATEM.

Impressed 4K PTZ camera!Incredible 4K camera it hooked up HDMI to our 4K video switcher , so pro broadcasting quality it worth for this price . And I would like to say yes , you can try Prisual their cameras. The camera have various video output , including HDMI , SDI , USB type-c , IP and supports NDI HX . Except the 3G-SDI having 1080P60 down to 480i , other ports are up to 4K60fps and cover 1080P , 720P , 480P ect … Lens images is really impressed , no problem ! We are keeping with 4K and Prisual 4K PTZ Camera.

Great After Sale SupportI got this Camera so that I can livestream events in the local area. After renting two cameras for two events. It was time to get a camera or two. In April I was setup this one on a stand (extending the pole), my ethernet cable got caught and pulled the camera down to the floor. I jammed the motor up. I contacted support via email, they responded fast after couple emails and a video, plus a month of seeking which options of sending this one back. After I send the tracking info, they send an replacement back to me. There is an warranty on this brand’s camera. It is 2 year replacement and a lifetime Tech support. How about that..

Good product value & customer supportThe budget problem I bought this camera for my church streaming, a really cool PTZ camera, pretty good for image quality, and very fast focus. A little concern about this camera before order, I tried it and very satisfied with that price and performance. NDI and POE just one network cable work great, NDI streaming very low latency, 100% identical function with PTZ optics, and save many budgets, I will upgrade all my church with this product.We have been using this video camera for our church for just about 8 months now. No problem and works fine till now. Easy setup and camera’s pan tilt zoom been that silent and moving smoothly. And I used the open-source PTZ Optics app to control this camera plug-in OBS, what it works is RTSP and SRT, perfect!Excellent customer service and really great camera for the value. I’ve contacted the Prisual team at the prisual.av@gmail.com and got big tech support it really help me. Their response to all questions in a timely manner and was willing to log in via Teamviewer and have some professional setting made my camera works very well on OBS.This is an NDI-compatible PTZ camera that supports POE and is affordable. This camera uses a metal base to improve its lifetime and be more durable, heat dispersion would be much better than other brand plastic designs and we have been made some comparisons. I would highly recommend the Prisual NDI Camera and you will not be disappointed.

Great price, Amazing picture detail, and product support that’s AMAZING!After researching cameras for hours, I settled on this one, and am very delighted. I’m tech savvy, but my networking skills are Rusty, and you will need some with any NDI setup you get. The support team, especially Ariel, helped me every step of the way setting this up, even with components that are not theirs. They dialed into my computer, and showed me around the software on the camera to get it all set up.I bought this camera for live streams of beauty procedures, so I needed a camera that can zoom in real close on a face, and capture detail. This does this well and the zoom works smoothly and perfectly.Happy customer! Oh, and the shipping was fast even though I ordered it from the USA to Mexico.

Dedicated tech supportThe camera and picture quality are very good. The documentation is a bit sparce and needs a little language help. My attempt to do the setup failed, so I contacted Priusal tech support. We struggled until one of their engineers joined and remotely solved my problem. If you want an excellent camera and are willing to work through the initial setup and operation this is a very good value.

Great NDI & PoE camera!This is an excellent camera at this price point. I especially love the NDI interface and PoE. Picture quality is also great, and build quality is excellent. My only objection is the documentation. The seller has responded to my questions promptly and provided needed documentation, but it should be included with the product. Their website has been recently updated but I haven’t yet checked that out.
