    Easy to learn, even for a 9 year old!
    I purchased this drone for my grandson and we flew it for the first time a couple of weeks ago in Lyons, Colorado.I was impressed with how easy it was for my grandson to operate it, as he was better at it than me after a few minutes. However, I recommend adult supervision as this is much more than a toy.Looking forward to flying it more this summer and experimenting with the video features.

    Not for everyone
    For beginnersThis drone is probably the one for you. It’s a good start out drone with features such as circle and flips. The app is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and intuitive.For a small price you can learn the very basics of drones, such as how to fly them and a few things they can do. However, the drone features no GPS which makes it hard to recover at times. It cannot fly in decent wind, so if you live in a windy place this drone is not the one for you. That aside, it is a pretty good beginners drone so long as you can keep up with it.Easy to useNeheme has done an outstanding job at allowing people to learn how to use this drone. It features a manual which tells you how to steer it and which joystick is for what, and has function buttons that are easily accessed. The only downside is the record and take picture button does not work so you must use the app.BatteryFrom my experience each battery lasts about 7-8 minutes when fully charged. That’s about 14-16 minutes of total flight time. The batteries came fully charged (surprising, I know) which at first made me think the USB wasn’t working because of the charging mechanics. However the USB does work with regular adapters. They are easy to insert into the drone, the charging point is a little hard to find at first because it’s next to the screws.Sensitivity of the remoteThe drone is quite sensitive to user input which is quite nice. You can go slowly to take good photos and videos so long as there is little wind. This does not make the drone harder to control though, as the default speed is low.CameraFirstly, the camera can rotate. You cannot rotate it mid- air however you can slide it down with your finger so it can record at different angles. However, the camera quality could use some work. It is zoomed in, which means you have to be further from the object to make it look good. It’s also wider which makes it difficult to navigate when trying to get good videos.Star rating: 4.5

    Great for beginners
    The drone is great fir beginners and the video quality is ok. You can only view/save videos from the wifi app. Issue I have is the lack of customization of the flight controls. The autopilot is always on and I am constantly fighting it for flying acrobatics. But it is easy to control.

    Not easy to use
    I am not sure how easy this is meant to be but we have been struggling to use this drone. It took us reading the directions several times and still haven’t gotten the camera connected to a device. The battery seems to run a long time but trying to fly it on occasion it just dropped from the sky. We have had a few occasions where it has taken off on us and we had to chase it down. We found flying in headless mode worked best but the fun has been taken out of this.The product itself has held up and lasted many drops from the sky. It is the operation of it we rated it lower.

    Amazing
    Honestly thought for $60 it wouldn’t be too good. But it was amazing. It’s very easy to control and use. Definitely great for beginners. Camera is good but is choppy when recording. Which is expected. Wish it came with two chargers though.

    BEGINNERS PLEASE READ
    this one is probably on me because i knew a brushless motor is what you need but i opted for the brushed because its cheaper and this thing is so hard to control because you are constantly fighting against the wind while controlling it. even on the least windy day this thing gets swept away it will never just hover in place and the higher you go the worse it gets. whereas my friends brushless one will hover in place super high up even in mild wind and it is 100x easier to control because of that and way more fun since you arent just focusing on fighting the wind the whole time. dont make the same mistake i made and get a brushless motor ESPECIALLY if its for a kid.

    Good Value, but hard to fly and easy to lose
    UpdateThe company heard my concerns and disappoint in losing my drone after the first flight. They graciously took care of me and provided a few tips to practice learning to fly it.After opening the drone and practicing indoors, flying is much easier, and at this price, it is the perfect starter drone to learn to fly with! Still suggest not flying outdoors on windy days and keeping it low to the ground.—————————————————————————————————————————–I was impressed with all the stuff you got and the design. It’s cheap, and you know that once you hold it as it’s made of cheap plastic. Flying is tricky as you need to learn to fly it just by watching the drone rather than the video feed the feed could be better with a better connection. Additionally, I would recommend not flying it with any wind. I mean, NO WIND at all.I had a DJI Maverick Pro, and it was fantastic and easy to fly and control; however, I never used it, so I sold it. I purchased this one to mess around with, and when I went it fly it for the first time, it was almost impossible to control; the video feed was useless, and soon as it got above 15 feet, the 5 – 10 MPH wind grabbed ahold of it and sent it flying into the horizon. With no video feed or GPS, it was gone for good. So If you are going to buy this, use it to learn and fly in an empty field away from anything!

    Gave it another try and still the same just longer distance
    Customer service is five stars. But product is 2star Flys well at short distance. Still loses control and flies in direction of last controlled. Thank you customer service for trying but I’m just not satisfied.. video is not steady but glitches alot
