Plug and play, very easy to setup. Learning to use the functions were easy due to its intuitive design. Bluetooth works well with laptop and mobile phone. Sounded loud and clear to my audience without issues. Highly recommended.

Most laptop already come with build in Speaker and even iPhone can join a conference call using speaker but this speaker is still better than most build in unless you are using the MacBook Pro 16 onwards. Total worth the buy for me. People can hear me well and it’s portable. Only downside is that Bluetooth some time has interference.

Quality is good and sound is crystal clear. Good for small room size with 1-8 audiences

It’s not the cheapest option, but it delivers a high quality conference call experience.

I have initially thought this to be a great product given it’s popularity. However was quiet disappointed in a few area:1) Bluetooth connection to my mobile phone and laptop will cut off intermittently.2) Sounds received by the listening party on Bluetooth and via USB cable differences. People complain that the Bluetooth sounds are not up to standard.3) Jabra apps seems to control only Microsoft Skype/Team and Zoom. It has no special settings for Webex, Google Meeting and others..Overall, just a so-so and barely can make it type of device when you plugged into your laptop via USB.. Others connectivity are not so up to the brand standard.

It works as expected, however the USB adapter is not worth the price as all my computer are USB C. I would rather buy the one without USB adapter and the price is almost half. You don’t need this if you don’t call whole day. Just a few calls? Don’t buy.

It is nice to have video conferencing with this speaker so that everyone can sit relatively apart. However, my set has quite significant hissing noise from the speaker, it is quite irritating in a quiet room.
