Some Concerns before Purchasing:
1.Does it work with Microsoft teams?

Good product
This is what I needed so I don’t have to wear a headset during my calls. The volume not it’s best but it’s workable. Overall it’s a good quality 👌 product. It will be used daily for 8 to 10 hours so hopefully it will be long lasting.

It’s solves quite a specific problem. It’s decent kit. Very handy.
It’s a handy bit of equipment and it works well. It has to be set up in MS Teams or it won’t be used as an input device. It works great with other platforms. The problem it solves is that when one has multiple people in a room which is connected to a teams call they can all both hear and participate verbally in the call. Specifically they can hear what’s being said on a speaker which is far better than a laptop speaker, and which doesn’t interfere with the microphone so feedback isn’t a problem.It’s not a good solution for a single user in a room even though it’s a good microphone and good speaker because it’s too sensitive. Even though it has noise cancellation it picks up a lot more sound than a purpose designed microphone would. A web casting mic would be a better thing to use for that specific application.It’s useful as a backup or as a sales tool and in cases where a sales person needs to “roll with the punches” and produce a well audible meeting between multiple people in one room and multiple endpoints, on short notice. Every sales person should be issued with one. It’s not a good substitute for a better quality video conferencing solution installed in a boardroom and used regularly.

Unreliable
Edit: Beware of any reviews for this product. I have now been contacted 4 times by customer service asking me to amend my review to 5 stars or take it down for ever increasing amounts of Amazon gift cards (at this writing it was up to $30!) which leads me to believe this is speaker frequently has issues and they are doing their best to bury it.I have had this item for almost a year now and I can say when it works it’s amazing but it is so unreliable that I’m worried about using it. Sometimes it won’t work. It will work in one meeting then the next one I can’t hear or be heard. Sometimes it will show red/mute but everyone can still hear me. It does a decent job of background noise canceling most of the time but sometimes it will randomly boost background noises to an excessive level and cancel my voice instead. I always use it plugged in and not Bluetooth and that doesn’t make a difference for reliability. I don’t think I’d purchase this again and because of the unreliability I don’t recommend it for anyone else.

Works great for work at home and group meetings
This is a product I can give a full-hearted 5 stars – with one minor warning: I’m only reviewing the use from the plugged in via USB standpoint. I have not used the bluetooth function. I took this first to a large group meeting where there was no other option for picking up sound for people joining in on a -Teams call. This worked remarkably well in a hotel conference room with 40+ people. People on the teams end said the sound was quite audible – at least when it was a reasonable distance from the speaker. I used it then in a team call also with 6 people in the room and some on teams. Again sound for all parties was great. Now i’m using on my work at home desk so i don’t have earphones in my ears all day. Works great – just plug in and go. It’s also light, easily stored and carried to meetings. Highly recommend.

Could Never Get Microphone feature to work – Replacement sent ASAP!
It was easy to plug and speaker feature worked immediately. However the microphone feature never worked. I had my company’s IT person work on it for 2 days and he couldn’t figure it out. I unfortunately did not discover this until past the 1 month return. There was a warranty card so I will contact that email address. Hopefully I can get a replacement.UPDATE: I contacted the Warranty email, explained my issue and requested a replacement. They sent it ASAP (received in a few days). I plugged this one in and it worked right away! My first one must have been defective. My coworkers say I sound great on this device (no echo, etc.).

USB connection stopped working after 6-weeks
USB connection stopped working after 6-weeks (only a 4-week return policy). The speaker continues to work on Bluetooth, but continuously plays an annoying and distracting tone regarding the battery when not in use. Whenever the speaker is plugged in to charge via USB, I have no sound from my laptop. Waste of money, do not recommend this specific product as I’ll need to purchase another.Update: Customer service reached out in case anyone else has this issue. Problem resolved:Reason:The speaker won’t work if you connect via plug on the condition that but you haven’t clear the bluetooth for your previous bluetooth connecting.Solution:Unplug the device, and long press the bluetooth of the device to clear the bluetooth pairing, and also clear the bluetooth pairing in your phone or computer, long press power off button 3-5s, and press power on button again, plug back the device, then it will work.

Great, when it works
The sound quality, noise cancellation, and clarity on the other side are very good. The only problem is that periodically, the speaker cuts out and the sound starts to come out of my laptop. If I press the mute and then unmute button (or any other button), it comes back to the speaker. It doesn’t happen with every call, but when it does happen, it can be quite annoying. I am debating if I should send it back or suck it up.
