    Easy to use
    Easy to use, inexpensive for the quality.

    Money well spent and highly recommended.I needed a USB enabled, speaker and microphone set for a distributed conference that I was conducting. It needed to work with Microsoft teams. I took a gamble by picking this model. The gamble paid off. The sound quality is very good, the microphone will pick up speakers at over 20 feet away from the microphone. Plus I found out you can link additional sets together to extend the reach of the microphones. And it works perfectly with Microsoft teams. This allows me to conduct hybrid meetings with people in person and distributed over Microsoft teams. If you need a microphone and speaker set for meetings or hybrid meetings this is the way to go. I’m getting ready to buy a second unit.

    We use this in our building’s conference room and it picks up voices from both ends of a large table (about 30′ long). Very easy to use. We did have an echo the first time we used it. I muted the sound on my computer’s speakers and it went away. Since this unit has built-in speakers, there was no need to have sound from the laptop.

    Cut in and out
    It worked great for the first couple meetings, and then it started cutting in and out as if it had a short in the wiring. We lost people … we could only hear each other about 1/2 the time at last night’s meeting, which made for a frustrating experience for all. I went in to my account to return it, and the “return window” expired 5 days ago. Very disappointing. I ordered a different brand this time, and I’m really hoping it works.

    Speaker not that loud
    Speaker is not that loud but the mic response is good. It’s able to pickup someone speaking as far as 10 ft away.
