Awesome Phone for 3rd Party VoIP SystemsThe phone came in black and does not include the power supply. The description says to purchase the CP-PWR-CUBE-3= but that’s the wrong power supply. Does not fit! You need to purchase the one with Cisco Part Number 341-0330-02 which I think is the CP-PWR-CUBE-4. Seller needs to update their product description page.

FALSE ADVERTISING – YOU GET A BLACK AND WHITE DISPLAY3PCC means that the image you are viewing is NOT what you get.Cisco has illegally and with no concern to the end user willfully removed all color backgrounds and menus advertised with this phone in an effort to monopolize business and hurt competition. If your 3rd party provider uses anything other than Cisco unified (like broadsoft) the features have been removed and the hardware is does not function as advertised even on their own website. This was deemed illegal by the Supreme Court and even in Europe when Microsoft tried to do the same thing twice. Remember Netscape. Remember Java. Remember the billions they paid out for violating Anti-trust and showing noncompetitive behavior. Watch for the class action on this one folks

3PCC Means No to Call ManagerIf you need this for a CUCM system, this is not the phone for you. 3PCC phones are for third-party call control systems. Converting a 3PCC phone to a regular CUCM phone is very difficult, maybe impossible.

Phone randomly restarts during calls ever ~45-50 minutesHighly unreliable phone – will regularly shut down and restart every 45 to 50 minutes, ending your call. Wish I could return it given the outlandish price

This doesn’t work with Call managerIf you’re buying this for a CUCM environment, beware, you can’t get rid of the universal (ironic) code to use it with CUCM. We’ve tried everything we can think of to no avail. It’s now a paperweight.Shipping, delivery etc were all excellent.
