Easy to use auto focus. These are a nice size large enough to easily handle and small enough to carry along on your hikes in your boat or car. The auto focus works well good sharp image and no fumbling necessary. Extra nice when your passing them around because they are always in focus and ready to use.

Excellent for the theaterI purchased these as a gift, because I was happy with my Bushnell binoculars purchased 20+ years ago, having the same basic specs: 4×30 mm, permanent focus, prism system, eye relief. These binoculars are excellent for live theater, whether you are 50 or 150 feet from the stage. Far better than “opera glasses”. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that the eyelets on the binoculars body are too small, so it’s very difficult to thread the nylon strap through them. Also, the two keepers on the strap are too big, so they don’t ‘keep’ at all.

Glad I bought thisWent to Cadillac mountain in Acadia national park this year and brought these with me. Glad I did bcz I was able to pull in those distant light houses that are over a mile away, maybe they’re further than that, idk. I could barely see the land they were on with my not so young eyes, but not having to focus makes sighting very quick and easy. For a bird watcher, these would be a great purchase

Great for WildlifeGot these for my dad to use on an Alaska cruise. They are excellent for viewing wildlife and they worked amazing at the Hubbard Glacier. The autofocus is particularly useful and these were substantially better than any loaner pair we tried. The lanyard and case were also nice for traveling.

Great viewingWe’ve had a pair of Jason (Bushnell) auto focus for years and love them. All of a sudden they become blurry or foggy. So we’re giving them another try. They are great so far. Very clear. Fingers crossed
