perfect for our small children’s theatreperfect for our small children’s theatre. Yes the light is small, lightweight, & made of mostly plastic. However it has great reach, potent color wheel, good gobo choices & really was perfect for what we needed. We used 3 of them in our producing of Bring It On the musical. We put some fog in the air & you could see the beams nicely. It really took our show to the next level. Would buy again especially for the price. DMX worked great

Good quality beam, Bad quality buildI ordered this fixture under a tight budget for one of my smaller venues I service. The fixture is very small and unbelievably quiet. I don’t think it made a single noise which is extremely impressive. Startup and motor calibration took all of 5 seconds total (also silent) which was very nice. The colors were very deep rich shades and the gobos looked very clean with a good variety of patterns. The motors were very fast and clean.When I opened the box and pulled the fixture out, I realized how cheap the materials were used to make this fixture. It was almost all plastic housing with very thin aluminum. The base and mounting bracket were solid enough but the fixture was made with such cheap materials. The housing pieces had visible and uneven seams and there were gaps and awkward overlaps around the front and the sides. The front lens was very visibly and poorly glued into the manual focus housing. It was very sloppy and the glue was even on the lens itself. There were also smudges all over the inside of the lens. Neither the glue or the smudges affected the beam itself, it was just very cheap and not built with quality or care.Don’t let this discourage you from buying this fixture. It produces a quality light output and beam with rich colors and gobos. HOWEVER this fixture probably wont survive long running around with a DJ and definitely wont survive being dropped. For the price, I returned the two stinger spots I had and ordered a cheaper, brighter, off-brand fixture of the same quality and capacity.
