    Great value, no cover for back of wide angle lense.
    The magnification of the super macro lense is amazing! The wide angle lense looked great as well, but haven’t had a chance to really test that one out. I think the lense is great value for hobby photographers. The only con is whe. You use the macro lense separately, there’s no cover for the back of the wide angle lense, as the cover for back of macro lense is too small to fit it. So this leaves the lense exposed and can get scratched or damaged. That’s really the only negative thing I have to say about it.

    maybe it’s me
    I like the lens, but I don’t really see much of a difference in the photos. I attached it to a macro lens and expected to get more detail and width but I’m not getting what I was expecting. I’m taking photos of small bugs, insects, butterflies, moths, etc. and maybe the attachment helps when I crop photos but I took photos with and without the attachment and when I went to process them, I couldn’t tell which were which. It’s not an expensive lens, so I won’t return it, but it might wind up just collecting dust.

    En lo personal esperaba un poco más del producto en su operación wide. En la realidad ofrece muy poco en ese sentido aunque por el precio no se puede esperar más. Por parte del vendedor todo muy bien, incluso el producto llegó a mis manos antes de la fecha indicada.

    The newer d5300 lens AF-P 18-55mm is threaded at 55mm, have to get adapter for 52mm to work
    I was gifted a Nikon D5300 for christmas. I have always wanted to shoot Macro so I ordered this to get my feet wet to see if I wanted to buy a true Macro lens. In the camera setup I was given it included a AF-P 18-55 lens and an old school AF-S 55-200 it works with the AF-S and fits perfectly but the thread size on the newer lens is 55mm so I am going to buy a step down ring adapter instead of sending this back and ordering the 55mm model. I even researched how to find your thread size and found it is on the inside of the lense cover, turns out that is not always true on my lens cover it clearly says 52mm, WRONG not with the newer AF-P 18-55mm lens. 55mm threads all day long. Can’t speak to the picture quality of this macro adapter yet but it seems to be made very well and is metal not plastic.

    Be Mindful
    This is a good product, just be mindful that the lens does affect the speed of shooting a tad bit, and if you aren’t careful the edges of your photos will be frayed and blurry due to the almost fish eyed appearance.
