Be prepared for anything. It’s a phrase that meeting and event planners and marketers know by heart. But, as this past year showed us, there are some things you can’t prepare for. After the tumult of 2020, we’ve learned some of the dos and don’ts of virtual events, how to host safer in-person events, and have begun to think about hybrid events.
