2.4G Only – ChallengeYou may not be able to log onto the 2.4G WiFi with your phone or tablet in which case you will get a message that the device cannot be found when trying to set up the app. Look at your available WiFi speeds on your phone or tablet. If you don’t see 2.4G your phone may use the 5G speed and you won’t be able to readily connect the camera. As far as the camera itself goes, very nice. In fact, I’m. looking for a 5G version from the same manufacturer.

Easy to install and works well with AlexaInstalled with outside usb adapter in old Light and records to local micro 128g storage. Have it doing triggered recording and it doesn’t record many false triggers. Wife enjoys being able to see the front yard using Alexa with an echo show. Ordered another for garage. Zumimall app works very well with camera. Very happy with purchase.

Good QualityI bought this surveillance camera because it is convenient for me to have it connected to the outlet without worrying about charging the battery. The angle of rotation is very wide and to tell the truth the image is very colorful. You can make various adjustments to use it according to your specific need. After two weeks of use, night vision was cloudy and did not improve. I contacted customer service and they gave me a refund for the full value of the camera, they didn’t even ask me to return the broken camera. I will definitely buy that same model again as the 2K image quality is worth it

Best value security cameraI have used 8 security cameras and this is the “best value” camera so far. It has all the functions you need: PTZ, wide angle view, motion sensor/tracking, night vision, strobe light, siren, privacy lens cover and 2K HD resolution, microSD or cloud storage. The Zumimall app is easy to use for notification, history, PTZ control, 2-way talk and sharing. This camera is suitable for outdoor use with IP66 waterproof construction. It is also compatible with newer WiFi 6 network using the 2.4G connection. It has no battery, but for outdoor use, especially high traffic area, you need power supply any type of cameras. However it did not function well in extreme cold: when mounted in porch and temperature dropped to -8 degree F, it turned itself off but woke up when the temperature rose to 0 degree F. Nonetheless, I think it has the best value for this price range.

GoodStill trying to figure out the app and review/record options. But for the most part, good with it. Motion tracking not the best. Limp along Will track you. Move fast it seems to give up on tracking.

WonderfulThese cameras have great picture quality and are clear. The set up was a little confusing to connect with the Alexa echo because they give you an app to download and you have to download a similar but completely different app with Alexa. If you aren’t tech savvy, it can be pretty difficult. It wasn’t a problem for me but I can see how it would be for many people. It’s really easy you just download an app similar to the one they tell you to download, but Alexa tells you to download CloudEdge. We bought a second camera and hooking it up to the app was super easy and they both work great. I would recommend this to anyone that was looking for a security system for their house- that was Alexa friendly.

Awesome CameraFilms 24 hours. App is great and works well and has movement alarms. I have just the SD card and I go back through the whole time and see time marked events. It is very clear too and a spotlight light that is bright turns on when it detects motion. Feel better about my families safety.

Stopped OscillationAfter 1 month oscillation appears to have quit. We’ve tried adjusting settings to no avail. Still works manually but disappointed after set up and installation. Also it is giving a high amount of alerts when nothing is present when set on medium and human.
