By far the worst piece of technology I have ever used.I have had this for over a year and the software to program it is the most unintuitive, confusing, and frustrating thing I have ever used. It is the furthest thing from plug and play. I can not express how extremely frustrated with this product I am. Over the year that I have had it I have spent so many days sitting on the computer just trying to get it to work. It is so bad that every time I come back to give programming it another shot I am so angry and frustrated that I would not mind literally throwing this $2000 paper weight in the trash. The documentation is no help and please don’t even get me started with their videos. I have watched hundreds of hours of any video out there on this device and not a single one of them could help me get it working. Maybe it only works with their own brand of cameras because it does not work with ross pivot cam or Marshall ptz camera. Please put this pitiful product out of its misery or do a complete overall of the programming software. I have contacted others in the industry and they have had the same issues or agreed that it is incredibly difficult or impossible to program.
