This card is incredibleVery well built card. I play on 1440p and my 1070SC was really struggling with newer games. This 4070 has been the single most significant upgrade I’ve ever made to a computer! I’m able to play any demanding game (Cyberpunk, God of War, Red Dead Redemption 2, Dead Space 2023) on all ultra settings, full raytracing, and get 80+ fps. And that’s without DLSS. Better yet, the card only turns it’s fans on about 50% of the time (in OC BIOS mode, not silent mode!). It feels like it’s barely having to work or break a sweat and it’s absolutely chewing through every game. I had forgotten that video games could feel this smooth and not have any lag.I found the RGB easier to manage through the Gigabyte Control Center software instead of just RGB Fusion. I also bought my own anti-sag bracket (the card doesn’t look like it’s sagging but better safe than sorry) just because the included one didn’t fit well with how I was routing my cables.

Massive performance increaseGreat card which massively improved my performance in games such as cyberpunk and red dead (see benchmark pictures). Wasn’t expecting much of a gain in fps since i was coming from a 30 series card but I was well surprised when running benchmarks. Card gets pretty loud under load but not noticeable when wearing headphones, other than that no complaints!

The best 1440p card on the marketI always get a little sketchy buying brand new GPUs with no reviews from Amazon, but the product is as advertised. Put it in, played games like Destiny 2, Apex, Overwatch, all games that sustained the 144 fps flat in 1440p. If you game in 1440, this is the best bang for your buck. An ideal card to have. A huge upgrade from my 2080ti.

Nice 1440p Graphics Card But Tech Support Just Ignores YouI am finally able to play the Control at 144 fps at the ultra settings. I checked the GPU and CPU utilizations and I was surprised that the GPU utilization was over 90% during the game. My CPU (Ryzen 5600x) did not max out.There was a problem with the anti-sag bracket that came with the card. Well, it was off by one slot. I have a m-ATX (MSI Bazooka B550), and maybe the bracket would have fitted a Gigabyte board.Well, I contacted Tech Support 2 days ago, and the ticket remained in the new status. Basically, this means they did not get to it. Yeah, I am dropping the review to 1 star, since I don’t like to be ignored.The lesson here is to address all your issue with Amazon instead within the 30 days return window. My experience with the tech support of a few companies indicates that you will be wasting your time dealing with them.See attached photo.
