UPDATED — Awesome customer service!
This drone is a lot of fun for indoor and outdoor play. My cats love to chase it and it is very safe with the propellors guarded. I’ve had other small drones and they can be hard to control — this device is easy to maneuver. My reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because sometimes you have to turn off the controller and then back on to reset the connection between the controller and the drone. Not a big deal, but it does happen. If it does, just turn off the controller then turn it back on. I’ve noticed it pairs easier if I turn the drone on first, then the controller.I would also like to point out the responsive support team. I needed to have a replacement for my first drone and they were very friendly and understanding. They promptly shipped me a new drone and I can’t wait for it to get it here :)If you are trying to get into drones, I would definitely recommend starting with something small (toy) to learn the basics of flying. You’ll start to get the feel of flying and how the controls work.I’m thinking of buying two more of these for my nephews so they can race them in the house.

Dog got to it
I just got the drone today (for the dog to chase!) and I took it out immediately to test it. Well, it was my mistake to have the dog out while testing it. He grabbed it and ran with it, biting down on the power button. Drone won’t stay on now to use. Guess it was fun while it lasted (10 minutes).4 Stars because before the dog broke it I had a super hard time getting it to stay connected to the controller. Had to keep turning both the drone and controller on and off.

It works and it doesn’t get destroyed in a day. It fell Multiple times as it switched hands between kids and the parent trying to get acquainted with it and it survived.Although the initial new toy enthusiasm died down a bit, our soon to be 7 year old takes it out of its protective box and plays with it off and on.One thing we noticed is that it will gradually move forward even if no button is pressed which is okay I’d think at this price point. I only wish it had an onboard camera.

Great Indestructible Beginner Drone
Very stable and easy to fly. Collision avoidance works and the drone also seems very robust. Gave it to my 5 year old and he was outflying me. The battery life is about 15-20% less than advertised, but I would buy it again.

Kids love chasing it super fun downside is battery last about 5 mins It does come with 2 batteries but still only 10 min of playtime 4 stars 5 if battery life was doubled

This drone surprised me!
My boys have had many drones over the years. My 11 yr old daughter decided she wanted one and would pay for it herself. I was worried because many kids’ drones only last a few days and I feared she would waste her money. She looked at many drones and read a lot of reviews. She settled on this drone. She bought it a few months ago and it’s still going strong. This drone has a fun flip feature that I haven’t seen before on this type of drone. It sure has given her a good time and the cost was low enough that she could pay for it herself. This was a good buy for us.

This thing is super fast! Easy to loose in tall grass. But my 11 year old grandson absolutely loves this thing.
