My Mic is plugged in, but I am not able to see or hear levels.- Things to check:
1.Is the Mic connected to a native USB port?
2.Is the Mic selected as the default input device in both the system and the software preferences? Also make certain you have an adequate amount of volume set.
3.Does the recording software I am using support a USB input?
My Mic sounds like it’s really far from me. I am hearing lots of room noises.

Value for the money. First unit did not work but very easy and fast exchange.

Nice and small, and quite thin. But it does what it is supposed to do. I have tested it on Windows and on Mac OS. Don’t expect the best sound, if you want to listen to music. It is still a small speaker, and not meant for that. But for conference calls, it is just what you need.

Excellent quality
Speakers have excellent sound quality and microphone easily picks up your voice anywhere in the room. Takes up very little space, in fact my keys take up more space than this does.

Don’t believe the negative reviews
My laptop speakers were not loud enough for conference calls and I did not like wearing a headset. I was skeptical because of all the bad reviews on this but I took a chance and I am glad I did. Perfect speaker and mic for my desk, plugs right into my laptop and works like a charm. Volume and mute buttons right on top are a huge plus too.

I’ve been using this for over a week and have to say that I’m impressed how well it works. It’s small, so it doesn’t take up much room, but sounds good.
