Adapt your checkout message based on the type of ticket
It can be difficult to provide customized messaging for various ticket categories in the world of varied event forms. We are thrilled to announce that each ticket type in your registration form will now have the option to have customized checkout, confirmation, cancellation, and refund emails.
You may now access three tabs on our improved Registration Checkout Settings page: Emails, PDF tickets, and Confirmation messages. Here’s how to personalize each element:
PDF tickets: Select which details, including the event’s date, venue, QR code, ticket description, event description, or checkout confirmation message, will appear on the PDF ticket that buyers get.
Confirmation messages: Personalize the page that shows up following a ticket purchase for attendees.
Emails: After a ticket is purchased, guests can personalize the emails they get with cancellation, refund, and confirmation.
Creating up to 50 distinct emails, PDF tickets, and messages for each kind of attendee makes it simpler than ever to give them individualized experiences. The days of one-size-fits-all communications are over!
