Dreamforce, the world’s largest enterprise event and largest software conference, welcomes the Salesforce universe every year. The official mobile app is what attendees rely on to make the most out of and direct their onsite experience. Dreamforce participants this year were treated to a cutting-edge mobile event app that became the new norm. Dreamforce became even more personalized with the introduction of the Salesforce Events App, which was powered by Eventbase and included several brand-new capabilities.
Discover, a customized welcome screen that updates over the course of the event, was the first thing attendees saw when they opened the event app. Discover was updated throughout the day to convey the excitement of current events and upcoming events. The transitions may be preconfigured and were automatic. For staff members, executive track attendees, and normal badge holders, separate Discover Sequences were also put up.
Attendee checklists were a new feature on the Dreamforce mobile event app Discover page that directed participants to the wide variety of onsite events. A list of popular activities was also provided, along with activities arranged according to the role that each guest was assigned depending on their interests.
