These work well, but it’s only one unit
These do work well, but I assumed based on the picture that it came with two. That’s my own fault for not making sure. It does work well and is bright enough, the patterns can not spin unless the entire head spins, but it’s a mini gobo. We used it as a spot light and it did the trick for us. the only other downside is that if it’s connected to a controller, sometimes it drifts if you program it to turn on and light up a certain spot. Turning it off and then on again for us sometimes selecting a pre-programmed scene it would be off from where it was originally set. Overall, not bad value for the money.

    Great light… misleading advertisement
A great light… I was mislead about the advertisement of the product. It displayed 2 lights and that’s what I thought I was to receive.

the manual may as well be in chinese
I’m probably going to return this item. It’s amazing to have moving head lights available in this price range, but there are no clear instructions for how to operate. One light by itself doesn’t give the effect I’m looking for, and I can’t justify purchasing more if I can’t even figure out the basics. It seems like an amazing product with lots of features for the price, but I can’t figure out how to use them. The manual is printed with a VERY small font size, and even when I take a pic and blow it up there aren’t really any actual instructions…just a few charts that are useless without a better understanding the menu heirarchy.

    Parece publicidad falsa
Parece que son dls equipos y en realidad solo es 1

Lights arrived with magnification lens loose and rolling around inside the head…
These are great little movers that have a profile in Onyx but buyer beware of a few things! The colors don’t match what you see in the profile so you have to scroll through and find the matching color you are programming and not rely on the profile’s color selection as they won’t match – red and white are the only accurate matches. The biggest issue I found is that one light arrived with the first magnification lens just loose and rolling around inside the head. I dismantled and “crimped” the socket holding the lens. Takes about 10 minutes total. See pictures for reference. Otherwise they work great and have been solid for 3 months thus far. The mag lens eventually fell out of the second mover socket and I applied the same solution to it.

Great value for what you pay for compared to the …
Was looking for an inexpensive solution for my mobile dj setup and found these and purchased 2.Great value for what you pay for compared to the more expensive units ($500+). The light is smaller than I had expected and is the perfect size for mobile duty. No instructions came in the box but there’s not too much to figure out. There are a few programmed shows, sound active and slave/DMX. Mic sensitivity cannot be changed so you’re stuck to what U’King has pre programmed. The programmed shows are more than good enough if you do not want to program your own DMX show.Lights are bright enough for a medium sized room (25-50ft). And I like that they have a color split and gobo shake option.Overall good light for the money. Build looks sturdy enough. There’s no fan to help with air circulation in the head, only a heat sink. So hopefully these will not overheat during a longer session. If not, no biggie… They’re pretty cheap to replace.

It’s ok. Worth the money but has issues
These lights are ok. I ordered two and had a issue with one making a funky sound when turning it on. I tried to make a profile for use with dot2 software but the dmx channels didn’t match the profile with the manual that was provided. I had to figure out what each Dmx channel did on my own. You can determine how to find this out by patching in each channel as a dimmer. From here just turn on each channel one by one to find out what each channel does. I do recommend buying these but be ready to figure out how to operate these on your own.

Good purchase if you’re starting to get into lighting.
I bought this product mostly to add some flash to our shows and to do something creative at a summer camp for teenagers. It is very easy to control DMX wise. It comes with a guide that tells you the channels and what they are programmed for. It does make for a more interesting stage to have moving lights. What I don’t like about this product is actually the “gobo” or different designs you can change the spot to. I thought they were kinda wonky. I might feel differently if I used it with a haze machine but I don’t know at this point.I mean, it moves, it’s bright, it’s DMX controlled and it’s a good product.
